A lovely property in a great location
An excellent location only a 10-15 minute walk from Chester center. Easy access to the property , the key was in a lock box . Communication with 53 Degrees Property was very good. The House was very clean and tidy and plenty of space for the three of us. Plenty of hot water at all times and the heating was on as we arrived . The dining table was in a conservatory and it was a nice place to eat ( heating by a heater so needed putting on at least 20 minutes before eating ). Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Unfortunately some of the floor boards creaked on the landing so was quite noisy during the night if someone got up to use the bathroom. There was really not anything to dislike about the property.

Slight issue with an electrical socket but this was actioned as soon as I reported it, very impressive.

Brand new looking clean 3 bedroom house. Well equipped kitchen. Great location, walkable to the town centre and short drive to the zoo.
