Location excellent. Fantastic host who kept in communication throughout. The property was spacious and well equipped. It was perfect for a large family get together. Parking was opposite in the train station carpark, for £10/24hrs, which is very reasonable given the location. Everything was on your doorstep with easy access to city centre. Would definitely stay again.
The downstairs of the property, living room mainly, was not very clean. It looked like it had not been hoovered. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, so perhaps this was just overlooked. Decor could do with a bit of a spruce up, but this did not affect use.

That it could fit my group in
There wasn’t a toilet down stairs,there was a lot of dust ,one bed was broken so couldn’t be used dining room chairs some were no able to be sat on and condsering there was 12 of us wasn’t enough seating for us all
