The Sandstone - Chester Main Street

Loved the social area, and the down stairs fridges.

The beds were really uncomfortable, and having the kitchen on the top floor made some things awkward. Maybe a kettle down stairs as well?

Great location. lovely property. Beds clean and comfy. Everything in kitchen that we needed. Bathroom was good with 4 showers, 3 sink's, and 2 toilets in property. We look forwards to saying in property in the future.

The property was clean but needed cleaning behind the sofa's as think cleaners had not done areas that where out off sight. Back yard could also need a good clean.

Central location, idea for a big group of people.

Nothing

We all absolutely loved The Sandstone. There was 5 adults & 3 children in our party & there was plenty of room for everyone. The property was clean & had very good facilities. It is well situated & is 2 minutes walk away from the high street, local attractions & the city sightseeing bus, which is great value for money & gives you reductions on other attractions. There are loads of places to eat & there's something for everyone (we have picky eaters). We didn't want to leave & will definitely stay again.

The only thing that wasn't the best, is the shower situation. The pressure drops if you turn on a tap & goes cold. The pressure was better in the downstairs bathroom. The upstairs bathroom doesn't have a lock (the toilet does), so could do with a lock, to stop people walking in.
