Excellent location for the centre of Chester and Chester racecourse
Very easy access, parking nearby, well presented and very clean

Good location, clean and reasonably priced
Shower would go cold if more than 1 was turned on, slightly annoying when 9 people staying. Lack of ventilation in one of the rooms the window was blocked off with Perspex, this needs addressing. Kitchen lacked porcelain cups and pots and pans

We loved the location it’s so central to everything, the entertainment area was stunning it was perfect!
Bedrooms were lovely and the kitchen facilities were fantastic aswell, the building itself is stunning aswell
It was quite difficult to find as it has a different name on the window and another toilet would be a bonus

Love the location and the size! Loved how the communal room was welcoming. Was clean.
The pressure of the water in the showers.
