Kids loved it, it did the job.

location great. Self catering so we cooked breakfast

wasnt aware the main bedroom (4 poster for birthday girl) was a walk through for all other guests...! Maybe should have studied the layout plan and not the photos.. As there were 3 sets of adults staying there with kids, it would have been nice to have 3 x double beds, or singles pushed together and arranged as such really. Again, maybe the description said things that i didnt see. The freezer was filthy.

The stay was good but some faults were there considering the price of the apartment.

The decor, the amount of space and access to all facilities needed for a night

The cleanliness wasn’t at a high standard, some dirty bedsheets and pillow on some of the beds. One of the hot tubs had power full bubbles that only came out one side of the hot tub when the other one was fine. The mattress was poor quality to the fact one of the beds dipped down like a hammock. There was also a lot of dirt behind and in between the couch. The host of cleaning staff turned up before 10 so as getting ready to go they were already there.

The property smelt very fusty , we think probably from the hot tub room. Disappointed with the hot tub room extremely hot, no air , one of the hot tubs jets didn’t work, smelt, not inviting, didn’t go in .Generally the property felt like it needed the carpets cleaning or replacing, towels on beds dusty, carpet in top room had sweets on the floor, some of the beds and pillows uncomfortable. Wall lights hanging off in two places

The stairs were ripped up with pins sticking out which caused an injury there was glass under the sofa rubbish in the attic bedrooms was really let down with the hottubs beeping and powering off and the shower button in the hot tub room breaking alot of people left due to disappointment and want their money back

the property was huge and well kept. the staff were great and so accommodating.

the only thing that wasn’t great was the base of the main bed was broken which we didn’t realise until we went to bed so some had to sleep on the floor. I reported this and a lovely lady named Linda allowed us to check out a bit later due to the inconvenience.

The place is massive! Immaculately cleaned. The hot tubs were fantastic. Fantastic location right in the city centre with easy parking. Plenty of everything we needed.

Absolutely awful! photos online are deceiving. very dark. filthy on arrival and would not send a cleaning team out. Hot

This may sound ridiculous, but there was not a lot to like

Unfortunately, there is an endless list. HOUSE WAS FILTHY on arrival and nobody would come and clean it Hot Tubs were disgusting Dark and dingey. We felt like we were in a dungeon Blacked out windows that did not open fire exits were padlocked Awful decor Badly fitted carpets

The accommodation was a hidden gem and was perfect for a large group. It had enough seating and space for large groups and the hot tub room was an added bonus.

A lovely space to enjoy time with friends and family. Key code entry so guests arriving could enter without a key holder. Very useful when there is a large group of guests. Loved the quirk rooms plenty of bathrooms, hairdryers, sockets for charging. Not far to walk to the city centre. There are shop near by to stock up with things like milk for your morning brew.

Chemicals in hot tub were too strong so could not stay in there for more than 5 minutes and had to shower them off asap. We have informed the hosts so this can be rectified for future stays.
