The apartment is stunning, very clean.

The shops are on the doorstep!
The apartment location on arrival wasn’t clear.
Location is - middle of the high street, the NatWest bank is on your right hand side, you are then looking for the steps to the apartments. The steps to the apartment are in front of you! (Just in case you are looking for the apartment, as I was for ten minutes, up and down the street with google maps :) )

Excellent location and beautiful apartment, perfect for our needs, Margaret was very helpful and great with communication. Decor and furnishings were stunning.

Wonderful location, and informative about key collection etc. easy but secure to access. Decorated beautifully, albeit a little tired. Quiet given its location aswell
Apartment was a little tired (completely broken/not attached door handle, screws missing from glass topped bedside table, meaning it was wobbly and unsafe (nearly broke a water glass by using it) no hand soap or shower gel and water for bath only ran Luke warm at best (no matter what was tried) all tap knobs were loose and just generally in need of some care going back into it. Thermostat 'stuck on 18-19' so at times a little cool, others too hot. No towels to dry pots, just general lack of attention to detail for a luxury apartment

Interior was lovely
Too many stairs, only 1 wine glass…second bed, bedding for sofa bed not ready, had to be made.
