Great stay in Eastgate Rows would recommend.

Perfectly located for all attractions, lots of space with great facilities. Host very accessible via chat on Booking.com or phone.

Not suitable for people with mobility issues but pre warned about step access.

Promised luxury dampened by overlooked housekeeping.

The apartment is beautiful and in a really good location right in the City centre, very spacious and decor made it.

Extremely disappointed that there was only 1 wine glass, not ideal when you're staying as a couple and only one of you can have a glass. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, the shower gel/ shampoo bottles a quarter full, it would have looked and felt more luxurious if these were full for each guest. Unfortunately the plug in the bath tub leaked the water out, it was secured in position but would not hold the water, maybe needed a new washer but this was extremely disappointing as the copper bath tub was the main appeal of booking this apartment. What made matters worse was I received a text message early on in the evening from the apartment management to ask if everything was ok, I let them know about the wine glass and bath plug but received no reply and these problems were not rectified which did dampen the feel of our stay. I notified management again after our stay and only had an apology for this, it maybe would have been hospitable for them to have offered our late check out fee back or a small discount to compensate. Given the price of the apartment I did feel the late check out fee was greedy as a 10am check out is quite early. The entrance hall was full of bags of laundry.

Cosy, spacious apartment in the heart of Chester

Great location. Comfortable and very spacious. Lovely and warm with central heating throughout. Fabulous deep copper bath was a real treat. Plenty of towels and extra bedding.

Very poor cleanliness

Took ages to find apartment as.no signage anywhere, other couple who stayed at same time also had same problem, no instructions on any appliances in apartment, the apartment was thick with dust, yet we have to pay £30 cleaning fee in rental cost, took photos to prove, dusting not done for months!. Needs full deep clean.

Beautiful, spacious centrally located apartment.

Lovely modern apartment in a really central convenient location. The apartment was very clean, the bed was lovely and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the décor and the free standing copper bath gave it a luxury feel. One major bonus I found was it had a diffuser attachment on the hair dryer (a real rarity), but appreciated when you have curly hair, a thoughtful touch. We would definitely return.

Only real improvement would be to have some milk sachets, as morning tea/coffee had to be drunk black.

Excellent location in the city centre, good value for money.

Brilliant location, spacious and attractive accommodation.

A few things require mending ie door handles come off in your hand, quilt to small for the cover and poor pillows. Unable to use thermostat as not working, tv remote in bedroom not working. Could do with a few more cooking implements ie Pyrex bowls for microwave as there is no hob in the kitchen. Still good value for money but a little more thought into customer experience would make this apartment outstanding.

WiFi did not work and neither did the heating, tried calling about this but was ignored. Unfolded the sofa bed and there were bits of dirt on it. And the front door handle kept falling off, overall the place needs some maintenance done.

Beautiful apartment- just gorgeous! The decor was nicer than my own home, we didn't want to leave! Super handy for popping out for shopping, food and drinks and a lovely view of the cathedral from the bedroom.

Amazing apartment.

Absolutely stunning property, enjoyed every bit of our stay, would definitely stay again, the place was spotless, and very well maintained. Host was excellent! Great location and anding views of the cathedral from the bed room, enjoyed lying in the bedroom bath with such a lovely view.

Good location but not value for money

Good location in city centre

Shower was very dirty and it didn’t work properly, switched between hot and cold which made it uncomfortable to shower. Sofa bed is very dated and uncomfortable, would not recommend property for more than two guests. The property does flag that there may be some noise, but it can be very loud at times as there is little noise insulation between other flats. Rubbish stored in hallway on arrival (although cleared later after follow up)

Fantastic central location, We had an overnight stay for my birthday. Very stylish and immaculately clean apartment, Margaret the lady who messaged with details was a delight to deal with, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen with nice wine glasses 🥰

No dislikes. On site Parking isn’t an option however details given on the shopping centre car park facing apartment. £15 for overnight.

Brilliant location and lovely decor.

The WiFi wasn’t great on the 3rd floor - Tv in bedroom wouldn’t connect at all which was a shame. Was very modern and high spec but then just missing a few essentials like a bin in the bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen. Very minor and just wishing to give constructive feedback not complaint.

I loved the aesthetic and interior design. Made it very difficult to want to explore the city.

So relaxing and perfectly located

The property was gorgeous! Everything was so comfortable and clean, it is in the most convenient location ever. The view of the cathedral from the bedroom was so so pretty. We absolutely loved it and would 100% recommend booking this - we will be again when we come back to chester! Perfect for special occasions too as it feels so luxurious and special. We also heard minimal to no noise despite being in the city centre

A beautifully styled, central property - an absolute gem of a stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The decor was beautiful, everything was exceptionally clean and of a very high standard. The location is central, making it perfect for exploring the area. The host was lovely, friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. While there was some noise from buskers in the evening, it added charm and atmosphere when watching from the beautiful living area window. Thankfully, the bedroom is at the back of the property and very quiet, so it didn’t affect our sleep at all. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it!
