Very disappointing … would not recommend
Location
Living space was small and uncomfortable decoration and quality of furnishings really poor. It smelt awful when we arrived. The whole place creaked when moving around. This was not somewhere we wanted to spend any time in and were thankful we would only be there overnight.

Good location
Unfortunately for a large group in Chester this is basically your only option. So I understand that they can charge whatever they want. But over £1000 for rooms smaller than a hostel is expensive. Property was not cleaned well. Shower gel was empty. We made it work but I struggled to eat there. Do not look down the side of the sofas unless you want to have nightmares.

found it a little tired, shower didn’t work , on a busy main road but close to town.. for price paid just expected a few nicer touches and earlier check in .. 3pm and someone knocking on the door at 10am to get us out. expensive for a 7 hour stay

brilliantly located cosy and clean
struggled for parking apart from local multi storey and could hear movement all over the house when people were moving

Very basic hostel style apartment. Damaged items throughout property i.e smashed mirrors, broken showers. Door wouldn't shut in one of the rooms.
