A convenient location and did have bedrooms/beds for 9 albeit 3 of the rooms were exceptionally small.

Excellent location both for parking and city centre.

Some of the rooms were very small and 2 people struggled to change in there. Luggage had to be kept on the landing.

Terrible, avoid at all costs

The location is close to the centre but this positive is not enough to outweigh the many negatives.

Where do we start…. In summary, we paid hotel prices for what can only be described as a hostel at best. This property has been mis sold and the pictures should not be believed. I would avoid staying here at all costs! The beds were crammed in like a caravan with literally no room to put any luggage or hang any clothes. The mattresses were of the worst quality I have come across and were small singles. No mattress or pillow protectors on, just a sheet against a very old mattress. One pillow per bed. The only mirrors were in the bathroom and were positioned so high that only a 6ft person would be able to see in them. The carpet and decor was terrible, dark grey chipped walls and cord carpet with no underlay. The facilities downstairs would not have seated the guests if all the beds were used, there were 8 of us and it was a squeeze. The noise from the road is unbearable at night and the windows were so poor some wouldn’t shut properly. I could go on. I feel this is an ex student residence that even students have rejected and the owners are trying to make an income from poor guests like us that were sucked in by their clever marketing. I think Booking.com should not market this property any longer and I will be taking this further.

Overall it was perfect for the location and the fact that it could accommodate a big group of us.

The property is perfect to accommodate a big group . Perfect location as it’s walking distance to the town centre.

The mirrors in the toilets /shower room were too high almost to the ceiling unable to look into it unless you are 6ft + tall!! And for a property which sleeps 14 not enough mirrors just one tall one in the entrance area. Two of the showers were running very hot water unable to use it and the other was just trickling not a great flow and to top it off on check out day no water was running at all from one of the showers. The beds mattresses couldn’t with replacing as they are so flat when you lie on them.

No bathroom for top floor apart from ensuite, not enough mirrors for 11 women! 🙈 plus those that were there weren’t near plug sockets, light on landing flashing intermittently - caretaker came out bit said she had wrong bulb so would have to come back.. she didn’t 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great fun, fabulous city. accommodation had all the amenities we needed. wall fans in smaller rooms would be good.

no issues for what we used it for - 2nts girls weekend but it could probs do with some touch ups - broken windows blinds, no blind or curtain at kitchen window if sleeping on sofa bed, some lights in kitchen don’t work, mirrors are all placed to high, paint touch ups needed.

Everything in the property creaked or squeaked, the floor cracked when you walked on it on the 2nd and 3rd floor, all the doors creaked as you opened them.. the old style windows didn’t seal so the noise from the dual carriageway was very loud and made it difficult to sleep

everyone loved the property, comfortable with plenty of bathrooms, comfy beds and communal area to eat drink and entertain

the doors are very heavy and squeak, not much outside space, work currently going on on the road so even though it’s close to Chester’s bars it’s not an easy walk.

Weekend birthday stay

The price of the apartment was really good. The location was perfect to Chester Racecourse and the City centre. Also the cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding.

The fire alarm went off for 2 hours whilst we were at the apartment. We were told by the engineer that it was probably set off by deodorant. Something needs to improve with the sensitivity of the alarm, as we were told that it has happened before to previous guests. The sink in the ground floor apt kept overflowing when you put the tap on.

Fantastic location right next to wall. Five mins to town. Clean bedding and towels. Communal area great with the big sofa. Single beds for everyone. Key pad on door much easier than a key. Communication from Outlooks was fantastic
