Location to Chester city centre

1) We couldn’t get in using the key code as someone had put the latch down from the inside then they appeared to have left via the back door (which we eventually found was unlocked) 2) the person we phoned reference this front door access issue was pleasant but useless 3) the lounge was very small the photographs make it look much bigger 4) nobody got any sleep due to the noise from the incredibly busy duel carriageway in front of the apartment which went on all night. 5) a blind in one of the windows of the lounge was broken and hanging down. 6) the toilet seat in the down stairs toilet was loose. 7) parking was some distance away, there was no safe opportunity to stop close to the apartments to drop off provisions or bags. 8) there was no portfolio on local attractions or places to eat or visit or important info on local doctors or hospital (this has been the norm in other places I have visited) 9) this apartment has to have the most creaky floorboards I have ever heard in any property ever. Someone going to the toilet in the night would have woken everyone in the apartment had they actually been a sleep!

my only critique was I didn’t get sent the code to access the property so had to call the team for help- they were super helpful, and we resolved ot quickly!

The location is fantastic and the communication from the host before the stay was good. The house was warm and there was plenty of hot water for everyone. It also felt very secure with the keypad entrance. Bedding and towels were lovely.

The house is looking pretty run down in places, the sofa is torn and marked and really uncomfortable, the mat in the lounge is filthy with chewing gum stuck to it, several light bulbs gone in the kitchen making it very dark. The beds are awful, not a single one of us had a good nights sleep and if they invested in some decent underlay the floorboards might not creak as much. The frying pan was unusable and the serving bowl is chipped and has a sharp edge, just a couple of examples of some really small things that could be easily rectified to make this a really nice place to stay. I also think a 10am checkout is a little early considering the property is obviously aimed at groups out drinking. I was able to book a late checkout for £30 but this feels like a money making opportunity to be honest. Disappointed in the overall condition of the house as it has so much potential to be great.

Adam was excellent from outlooks. Looked after us to sort TV out. Good space for 8 of us. Clean. Central location.

No full length mirror. No Coat hangers. Need some coat hooks near front door. Creaky floorboards.

The accommodation was lovely and just what we wanted. Very good location and perfect for a group of friends.

Location was good, rooms were clean, hosts good and good communication, good set up for our group of ten girls.

Road noise but is on main road, every step could be heard creaky floor boards, carpets and few bits could maybe be freshened up

Downstairs is very sparse especially kitchen equipment

Great location for the city center, everything is within walking distance. Easy to use door code. Clean and with plenty of bedding and towels for each guest. I requested balloons & prosecco at an extra charge and the hosts we very generous with what we got for the money. Would definitely stay here again.

The only gripe is with the top floor bedroom with two beds. Its tiny. You cant open the door properly because the bed is there. Should really be made into a single room.

Amazing property with loads of bedrooms perfect for our group, plenty of bathrooms for getting ready in the morning. Location is perfect for visiting Chester, it’s on a main road so can get noisy with passing traffic but would definitely stay again. Outlook properties were fantastic, with letters, phone calls etc prior to arrival, think it was Luke I spoke to who was very helpful in advising nearby car parks.

Location was good only short walk to car park and town centre. Towels were nice soft and thick. Decoration was nice.

The floorboards made so much noise. They seriously need sorting out and the carpet is so thin. We heard every creak as our party moved around upstairs. I'm sure there isn't any underlay underneath it. There was no freezer compartment so couldn't have ice for our drinks. One side of the toaster didn't work and there was a drain smell at times. The double beds are very small only really big enough for 1 person and some of my party could feel the springs. The apartment wasn't really big enough for us all. Not enough seating area downstairs.

Plenty of room

Fantastic place to stay,

Location was brilliant, we went to the races and it was walking distance to the course. Then when went into the town and it was again walking distance and very accessible. Were very facilitating of our early check in and owner was in contact consistently up to our arrival.

Shower door on top flor would couldn't close and glass soap tray was broken otherwise perfect. Had a small issue of unlocking the doors in the early hours but was overcome easily.
