This is a big spacious property with all the amenities you need. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Beautiful en-suite and bathroom. The view of the racecourse directly across the road was lovely on a beautiful sunny morning. It is in a very good location with a short walk to the centre. Communication with check in details was clear and easy to follow
There were a few bits of wall paper in the smaller bedroom coming off the wall and the blind needed new raw plugs as it was slightly wonky due to being loose. There was no mirror in this room also which I feel I would have wanted if I were getting suited and booted to go to the races especially if two couples are getting ready at the same time.

Comfortable, excellent location for the racecourse and chester city centre
The only criticism is the shower in the en-suite kept going hot and cold but other than that it was lovely.
