It was a lovely apartment in a great location and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the future.

The property was the perfect layout for 2 couples , with a bathroom each and a lovely lounge and dining area plus a well equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for visiting Chester as it was only a short walk into the main shopping and restaurant area. The provision of a reserved secure parking space was also a real bonus.

Absolutely perfect

We stayed in the Penthouse. Absolutely brilliant. Secure private parking on site, spacious, clean, well decorated 2 bedroom apartment with amazing views over the racecourse. 5 min walk to shops & restaurants. Friendly & professional comms with the hosts (Gary & Sian). Would definitely come back.

Excellent in all aspects

The apartment is lovely and a 2 minute walk in to the centre of town whilst also being very slightly outside of town meaning it was very quiet. We really appreciated the secure parking. The host was very attentive , we never met them , but had a number of texts checking we were ok which I really appreciated. Entry and exit instructions were very clear and went without a hitch. All the basics were present in the apartment plus things like washing up liquid , toilet roll , soap , shower gel etc which is always a pain when they are missing It’s a perfect apartment for 2 couples to share as you have 2 pretty equal size bedrooms with a bathroom each and then plenty of common space I have no hesitation in highly recommending the apartment if you are lucky enough to find it is available

Lovely house very close to Chester city centre, and train station

Superb location, with a garage parking space for 1 car, 15 minutes stroll along the canal into Chester. The house was large, very well equipped and very comfortable - a home from home. Only a 7 minute walk to Chester train station. The host's communication and help was excellent.

We had a very good time in Chester, a lovely City despite the odd omission and fault.

Breakfast was not expected. Location was excellent for our purposes.

Lack of information regarding facilities in the flat. I got a WhatsApp with some details however nothing regarding the working of the oven, dishwasher or microwave oven. I gather the owner had suffered flooding from a previous visitor so there was no plug in the kitchen sink or the bathroom basin. Silly things missing like tea pot and milk jug. Given that we were two couples it might have been useful to have two sets of keys.

Perfect modern apartment in the best location!

Absolutely stunning property in a perfect location! The apartment has parking on their driveway right outside the front door, and was a 2 minute walk to the city centre. Everywhere in the apartment was extremely clean and tidy, towels, tea and coffee were left for us, having access to sky and Netflix were lovely in an evening too, really can’t fault this property at all! Hosts were extremely friendly and instantly sent a welcome message with their phone number which was reassuring should we need it. We had great access instructions once we were at the property, ideas for things to do in the area and a list of great restaurants to try. This really is an amazing property with hosts that go above and beyond to make your stay a perfect one - thankyou so much and we will be back to enjoy another stay soon!

Great location and apartment was spacious and well supplied. Our host couldn't have been more accommodating and communicated well throughout. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very minor but probably needed some more glasses supplied. Plenty of wine glasses provided but not many basic drinking glasses the kids could use. Certainly not an issue just a suggestion!

Very interesting few days in chester

Really clean neat and tidy the only problem was thexsky tv was faulty it said on screeb hardtive was faulty but managed to use it

Thre was no mattress protector ,and,sorry to say sheets were to small and kept riding out of the mattres other wise bed was comfy

Beautiful place, comfortable, great location, highly recommended

We stayed here for 2 nights, my husband and 2 kids (8 and 10 years old). Property location was perfect, very close to the centre in quiet area, easy access, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. Chris did message me to make sure all OK, witch was lovely. Definitely recommend and hopefully next time we could stay a bit longer.

Excellent property, very well appointed and everything we needed was provided. Great location, and the outdoor space is fab. The damage deposit was a bit of a negative, but this was returned within around two hours of departure. Perfect for a few nights stay but also for a few weeks, could not fault it. Directions and entry instructions clear. Chris kept in touch but not in an obtrusive way.

Amazing location to centre. Off road parking. Everything you need in the home. The sun shines in the kitchen in the morning and on the seating area in the garden area on an evening. The host was informative at every stage of the booking process. Can wait to come back.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. A very enjoyable short break in a beautiful city.

The location was perfect, the apartment was very well presented, tidy and comfortable. We loved the open plan living, homely feel, beautiful kitchen and private garden.

There did not seem to be anywhere to hang washing, so this was a challenge.

Modern, clean, comfortable house in a fabulous location for exploring the city

Superb, responsive hosts who ensured a warm welcome after our long drive. They even booked us into a great pub for dinner. Clean, modern and comfortable accommodation, with off-street parking and a lovely outdoor entertaining area. The fast WiFi was appreciated by our teenage son!
