Disappointed.

The location was great - we were there for the marathon.

The kitchen was very small considering the property can sleep 11. There were only 7 forks and not enough dinner plates. Freezing cold upstairs. Beds really uncomfortable- we all said the same.

Good location, there were 8 ladies, shortly to be 70 years young,

The location was good. The bed linen was good quality. I liked having a dish washer, although no dishwasher tablets were provided. It was nice to have enough toilets and showers/ baths. The appointment of beds in the house was good.

Although the booking was for 8 there was a lack of cooking pans, crockery, cutlery and chairs initially. This was mainly resolved quickly, but 2 issues that we had were not resolved for 3 days. The noise from the busy dual carriageway disturbed some people's sleep but even though I live in a quiet village I didn't notice it.,

The sofa was very worn, the beds were not comfy, the pillows inside covers were stained, the carpet was thin a very tired house that was very expensive over £1000 for 1 night, in need of some money spending on it,

Tired Tatty Grubby

Location was good close 5 min walk to town centre We booked as we wanted 5 rooms for 5 ladies to get together to visit Chester

Place is tired , tatty and grubby Mattresses has no protective covers so were vey stained ,pillows did have a protective cover but were badly stained I slept on top of bed which a blanket I had to go and buy 3 coat hangers in whole property and rails hanging off walls Ironing board cover stained so un useable Shower cubical mouldy The list is endless Don’t go by photos on site these photos below is what it’s like

Location is excellent for walking into Chester, and property was very clean. The hosts were really helpful and got in touch to let us know we’d left something at the property and also contacted us to check everything was okay with check in.

The property looked a bit tired i.e. areas where paint had peeled off on the ceiling in the living room and some of the facilities were a bit minimal (I.e. no mirrors in any of the bedrooms, so difficult for a group of girls getting ready for a night out!) or could do with updating.

An excellent property for friends to enjoy a city break.

The property is in a very good location, close to the city centre. It is an excellent apartment for a group of friends to enjoy time together. It has plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses to eat in, or there are many places to eat out within a short walking distance. There is a car park very close by.

unfortunately it wasn’t as nice as the pictures. A little bit shabby and in need of a touch up. we all said it was very “student accommodation” basic furniture and everything painted quite roughly, as though it was a very cheap renovation. The beds were really in comfy as all old spring mattresses. we found it very odd that there were no mirrors apart from small ones in the bathrooms. which made it very difficult for a group of ladies to get ready for the evening. There were only 6 of us and we found it hard with 3 small mirrors so bigger groups will really struggle. I don’t think it would cost much to put a few more mirrors and a floor length mirror in there as I’ve read other reviews with the same feedback. The lighting was also very dim which made doing our make up really difficult too. no where to put cases and clothing apart from a tiny tail on each room with 3 coat hangers

What a brilliant weekend!

The beds pillows towels and facilities were amazing can't fault anything. Apartment was spotless with tons of space it had more than what we needed down to shower gel and other extras. We will be back!

Reunion with friends

The property was perfect for a small friends reunion. Lots of space and plenty of bedrooms all at a great price. Walking distance of the city centre. Loved that each room was named after a cocktail and had a canvas in each room on how to make cocktail.

Beds were not the comfy and the floorboard were so creaky and loud. But would stay again!

Pleasant

Location and security is great. Facilities in terms of cooking appliances, bedrooms and living space were good. Communication from the outlook team was great and very straight forward.

Not the cleanest, we found a smear of faeces on the untouched loo roll. Easily disposed of but not a great start. The same bathroom had a faulty light so no lighting wasn’t very helpful and the shower in the same room had a faulty head that required propping up.
