Excellent location for the city, House itself is "okay"
The location is fantastic just outside the walls. There is a pub and shops very nearby. I believe it is student territory so I'm not sure what it will be like in term time, we were there in late July. it was all very convenient
Booking.com claims that is has a parking spot, it turn out that this is the street - I find this disingenuous. We never saw a free space anywhere in Chichester Street There is a public (pay) car park about 60 metres away. The en-suite bathrooms are tiny. The kitchen equipment is minimal, there was no tea pot or method of making fresh coffee. ( we bought a cafetière and used it for both tea and coffee). There were beds for 9 people but only 8 spoons. There were no tea or hand towels in the kitchen. We were asked to separate rubbish into three outside bins but there were only two in the kitchen. This all sounds rather negative but we would probably stay there again!

Great for a visit to Chester very short walk into town clean comfortable and cosy accomodation
The property was very Central lovely big Kitchen lounge area to congregate and we could all sit around the table to eat and play games. Rooms where clean and beds where very comfy. We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting Chester. The Hosts we're great with communication vis messages but there was also a contact number if required.
Parking was on the street but we unloaded and parked just around the corner so this wasn't a problem for us
