Front of property very poor - a huge amount of empty wine bottles and pizza boxes attracting flies. Was assured someone would come and clear the mess up but after two nights stay it was still there. Difficult to get into house as checkin details (provided full address and checkin pin one 3pm) as ability to enter pin into digital pad difficult Shame as lovely interior

The location was great and the decor was beautiful! The rooms were all very spacious and facilities were good generally.

The bins at the front of the property were overflowing SIGNIFICANTLY, producing lots of smells and making it hard to tidy our waste up. We found lots of dust and rat droppings on the first day in the house so feel it hadn’t been cleaned well for a while. The door lock jammed upon arrival so check in was difficult, the person on the support number was not aware of what locks were even on the door so unable to help. I would also suggest changing the code and it would have been very easy to guess and not secure at all. Could have done with some floor length mirrors and more mugs!
