very friendly host Emma, replied instantly to my request even i booked in new year eve, very easy to collect the keys instructions, lovely game room and garden to have lots space for dog we had and plenty space for group of people, clean and welcoming. Enough parking space to fit 2 cars. kitchen lost space for stuff and loved the fridge and freeze. The living room has lovely modern touch of fire place we all enjoyed the relaxing time. Good wifi connection. Very close to town walking to local shops and pubs.

Location fab - walking distance to Chester city walls. Great sized rooms Lots of communal space Well equipped kitchen Coffee pods provided ( the ones I brought with me were for a different machine, so I was very grateful) Lovely views Good sized enclosed garden for the dog
