Brilliant place for large families 🫶
The house was stunning, clean and lots of room for a large family like ourselves. We loved the high fences to ensure our dogs were safe in the garden and couldnt attempt to escape 😂 The little touches like the shower, shampoo and soap were a lovely touch. They even provided us with non bio washing pods which was perfect with having young children. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk was all provided for us which was lovely to enjoy a hot drink when we arrived. The kids loved the football table provided and kept them entertained when we was trying to cook tea or prepare to leave. When we contacted staff about something that had been broken before our stay they was willing to rectify it for us asap but this wasnt necessary as it was a wooden cutting board, we just wanted to make staff aware. Perfect stay for our family, we loved it that much we will be booking it in future for a stays in chester.
I honestly have nothing bad to say. The only inconvenience would be the en-suite shower was very temperamental, one minute it was hot then it would go cold but that's a personal inconvenience.

Good location short walk into Chester and along the canal.
Good size property not far from town with a nice garden. Comfy beds and clean bedding.
The whole property is tired and in need of decorating. I could live with that but the place is in need of a thorough clean. Under and behind all furniture it is dirty and dusty. The windows are filthy and smeary. There were acres and bits of copper wire on the upstairs bathroom floor where someone had clearly been repairing some electrics. Many of the tiles on the upstairs bathroom floor are loose. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned and there was a half drunk cup of tea/coffee on the worktop.

Clean and comfortable weekend away for 7 people
The house was incredibly clean, and had lovely decor all the way through. Large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable sitting rooms and good sized kitchen. Excellent communication before and after the booking process too. Only 30 minute walk to the city centre.
No real complaints at all! Maybe a few more smaller juice glasses in the kitchen, but that's it!! An excellent property!

It is a great location. Not too far from the town centre. It was 10 minutes away. Plenty to do. Plenty to see. The house was spacious. Excellent facilities.

Did not meet our expectations.
We liked the location and the parking and the neighbour hood was quiet. There was plenty of space for us to spread out.
Overall cleanliness was not as good as we expected (inside bathroom cupboard was dirty)and there were no cleaning materials in the cupboards for us to rectify this or clean up after my son was ill.There was a doggy smell in the lounge.The upstairs sink was draining slowly and the floor tiles were uneven. The lady who answered the phone when we needed to contact the company to report that we had to leave early was hard to hear and not particularly helpful.
