The house enabled us to enjoy a lovely family Christmas together with plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children.

Fabulous Property
House is beautiful, spacious, lovely quiet area. Handy for local supermarket and pub which served excellent food. Beds very comfy, bedding clean and duvets warm. Bathroom & en suits clean. Plenty of clean towels, toilet rolls, soap/shower gel/shampoo. Lots of ice cubs in the freezer which was useful. Plenty of cleaning products available.
House could be cleaner although no dust anywhere. Dirty smelling tea towels. Fridge and cutlery draw needed cleaning. Cutlery, plates and trays in oven needed washing. Curtains in lounge and one of the bedrooms hanging off rails. Some carpets needed cleaning. Could probably do with a few touch up paint wise. Couldn't find a rear outside light. Although there were a few issues which staying in a luxury house we wouldn't expect however we would all definitely return!

Was lovely but slightly underwhelming for the price
It was a really lovely property very spacious and well equipped. Great location and hosts were very good with getting back to me so quickly
not as clean as I would of hoped for. Wasn’t awful but quite a lot of missed bits like cutlery unclean ect Plus half of the outdoor furniture was unusable. We could find a remote for the tv for one of the room so wasn’t easy to use.

Fabulous property, spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and very clean. Lots of living area spaces so perfect for a big group! Well kitted with all the essentials, even including towels and shampoo. Outside area also spacious and plenty of seating. The location is also great- close to shops and a short drive into Chester. Was super easy to check in ourselves in with the key code and at check out too.

Very Spacious and Conveniently Located, Comfortable Property in Chester
The property suited us perfectly. We were a group of 6 adults, 2 children and a baby. Plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs. Garden made a great play area for the children and each family had their own bathroom. We had 3 cars and the drive had plenty of space for parking. The location was perfect for accessing Chester Zoo and for a morning in Chester centre. Dining facilities were also good with a large table in the dining kitchen and one in the extension. We had a formal birthday dinner one evening and, as the weather was perfect we were able to open all the bifold doors in the extension and dine almost alfresco. Loved the outdoor festoon lights Bathrooms clean and well appointed. Ample VERY hot water.
When looking a little more closely, the house could have been cleaner. Running a damp cloth over the kitchen floor to wipe up a small spill showed a lot of dirt on the floor and had to clean the fridge before use. Also a lot of cigarette ends around the front door and floating in a water-filled plant holder on the patio. Garden furniture is very worn and broken in places.
