The staff were friendly, polite and attended to all of our issues.

We recently stayed at this villa and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. While the service staff were responsive and tried their best to resolve issues as they arose, the number and seriousness of the problems made our stay frustrating and uncomfortable. The fridge was unreliable – it either didn’t cool properly or froze our food and drinks, making it impossible to store anything safely. There was no hot water in the shower, which was especially disappointing for a supposed luxury stay. The bathroom had constant problems, particularly with the flushing, and the smell was persistently unpleasant throughout our stay. The air conditioning also failed multiple times, leaving the rooms uncomfortably warm. In the middle bathroom, the cupboard door kept falling off, and the shower head squirted water from the top in all directions – clearly not maintained. To make matters worse, one morning the water cut out entirely for several hours, meaning we couldn’t shower or use the toilets. While we appreciated the quick response from staff when issues were raised, the sheer number of faults made it clear that the villa is in desperate need of proper maintenance. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this property until significant improvements are made.

2 pools, quiet location yet 5min walk to Seminyak eat street, lovely layout and space inside and out.

Bit hard to get to narrow back streets with taxi but we found it easy to walk from eat street. no mirrors in bedrooms (but host was kind enough to provide one when we asked).

nice villa for big groups

they have 2 private pools which is nice. there are also plenty of rooms perfect for families. the staff is friendly and nice.

one of the pool was somewhat dirty during our visit. so we ended up using only one.
