Everything! Everyone was so welcoming and looked after us so well. We had amazing breakfast cooked for us in our villa each morning and Ari an her team made sure our villa was clean and tidy the whole time. Our teenagers also loved the cats. Close to everything and a great place to stay, felt like home. Thanks so much everyone for making our stay a great one 🙂 we will definitely be back!

Spacious villa with a very friendly and supportive host. Plenty of restaurants and spas within walking distance.

The beach is not very convenient to reach on foot, and the ocean water quality could be better.

A homely villa at a very convenient location in Seminyak which we truly enjoyed.

The Managers of the villa engaged with me before arrival to give detailed directions to the property. Met us at the entrance to give us a tour of the villa. I had booked Villa No5 which had 3 bedrooms with en suite. We were more than happy with the location as it was just next to the Seminyak Flea Market and walking distance to many restaurants, Seminyak Square, Ku De Ta, Beach, supermarket and boutiques. Breakfast was prepared from scratch in the villa's spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Options included local and western dishes. The villa was homely and the greenery in the outdoor area surrounding the pool added to the overall feel good factor of the villa. The staff were very helpful in placing mosquito coils around the whole villa.

One thing to highlight to guests who might have mobility challenge is the high step that divides the living area with the kitchen and access to 2 bedrooms. The tap water and shower had salty water. Bottled water was placed at the bathroom basins to brush teeth. The salt water I presume was also the cause of the cutlery provided to have some rust. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa to anyone who would not mind the few minor inconveniences.

Didn’t stay. Unsafe

The property does not look like the photos. It is HOT, kittens everywhere and unclean. Pool was discoloured. We didn’t stay and they refused to refund us despite only booking 30 minutes prior.

Pleasant stay with nice pool close to shops

Close to the action but still a quiet hideaway, great pool.

The beds are hard. The toilet seat doesn’t fit properly which is an easy fix which I read in other reviews but I note has not been replaced. It is not comfortable when the toilet seat is sliding all over the place.

Great location, beautiful friendly staff.

Staff were really lovely, helped in any way they could. The location was fantastic. Not even a five minute walk to Seminyak square, close to restaurants, spa - the flea market was next door, with plenty of eateries/warungs.

So this is no reflection on the staff as it's beyond their control. BUT the place really needs some money spent on it. A coat of paint, the lounge chairs were stained, the toilet seats didn't fit the toilet - too small. Some new linen ie: towels would be nice. These are things we could live with, however the pictures on the website are a little misleading. The three bedroom apartment wasn't expensive so I guess we got what we paid for. The villa was cleaned every day, so just info for anyone who might be picky.

everything was amazing! we stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and it was beautiful, it was an amazing space for my group. the pool was well kept and quite big as well as the rooms. the staff were truly so kind and always greeted us whenever we left. we really enjoyed the breakfast that was included as well. location was great has lots of food options and shopping. our favourite villa we stayed in!

Privacy, beaches & shopping

Loved the convenient location. The villa is tucked away and peaceful but steps from a fun souvenir market and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff was attentive and quick to anticipate all our needs. We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa and it is gorgeous. The pool was the perfect temperature. Highly recommend would stay again.

Great central location & beautiful proper.

Watson & Ari met us. Ari showed every room in the villa. Specifically advised us into use the provided bottled water for cleaning teeth and that these are replenished every day. Great location. We are a group of 5 adults and find the Villa clean, rustic, spacious and peaceful. It’s in Balenese style, which was why we chose it. Ari & her team are exceptional, always available, attentive and charming, ready to assist whenever we need, Mailing postcard, laundry, etc. Wayan, the manger helped with organising our tours. Special shout out to Elsa for looking after us, for preparing our breakfasts etc. Also Uni for helping with breakfast. Would definitely recommend this villa as good location to stay in Seminyak.

Amazing!!!

Wonderful villas!!!! We had an amazing stay in villa nr 3, but also checked villa nr 5 for next holidays ( it’s bigger- 4 bedrooms). This is PARADISE! Perfect location, 2 minutes from beach, with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby but also secluded. When you close the gate there are only flowers, birds and beautiful surrounding. We will definitely stay again! The owner and staff are also super nice and helpful. Breakfast is amazing!!! Thank you

Fantastic villa

The villa was perfect, all bedrooms with air-conditioning, ensuite and super comfortable. Lounge and kitchen under cover however fanned only, this was perfect for us. The pool was amazing. Now for the staff, they were great, always helpful, smiling and understanding. Dayu, Uni, Wayan and Ary were fantastic so lovely and friendly. Location was right next to Flea Market and many restaurants. Thanks 😊

Great location, for the hassle of town and close to the beach, but quiet and peaceful when in the villa.

We stayed in Villa 2. Two parents and our adult children. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of town and yet down a quiet lane. We had 3 large bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. The pool area was sunny and of a good size. The housekeeping staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. A good breakfast each day and daily housekeeping.

Linen & bath towels & beach towels all needed replacing.. towels appeared old and discoloured. Stairs leading upstairs to Master bedroom were dangerously steep and not suitable for anyone with limited mobility

I would never stay here again

The location was ok but certainly not beachfront, oceanview or luxury

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked to stay here and we paid a high price for the accommodation so we were expecting great things. The place was run down, Doors did not open/close and you could not lock most of them. The ceiling in many places was falling in. The beds were the worst I have encountered. The safe did not work The shower leaked and was mouldy There was no Aircon in the kitchen living area We then contacted the staff to see if we could cancel our stay and check out in the morning. They said I would have to contact the owner which I did. The owner said he would refund 2 of the remaining 3 nights (4 nightlight booking overall). So we checked out and found other accommodation that was fantastic. We have still not received a refund and he has stopped replying. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Best location, Fabulous staff.

Fabulous location. Close to both beach and shops. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast cooked daily, and driver arranged. Villa was very peaceful and garden and pool very beautiful.

The Villa was amazing, staff was amazing, location was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, every morning we had breakfast served by a lovely woman. Pool was clean. Close to the villa beach club KuDeTa. Location was close to nice restaurants and the beach. I can definitely recommend this place.

Great villa and super helpful staff. Every morning we had a cook come to the villa and prepare breakfast for us. The place was cleaned daily and the water in the pool was clean also. Whatever request we had it was accommodated: extra beds, cars to drive us to sightseeing spots, laundry. Thank you!

Happy travellers - family of 4!

We picked this villa for its location and it was fabulous. The rooms were spacious, it had all the amenities you needed if you wanted to prepare your own meals. The team were friendly and very responsive. They also accommodated our late check in due to flight time. The villa was cleaned everyday at any time that suited our schedule as we had a baby with us who still napped twice a day. We would love to come back. My eldest son especially loved Made, the evening security, who always welcomed us with a warm smile, unlocked our door and laughed at all my 4 year olds attempts to be funny. The team also helped with access to villa before our arrival so we could have a temporary pool fence installed.

Will recommend this place

The place is perfect for those wanting to stroll along seminyak without being stucked in traffic. Place is well maintained, room clean, towels are also clean, wifi great, pool is clean too. Its beautiful with lots of trees great for family bonding time

Room light is dark, there were mosquitoes in the room, water has odor. We mistakenly booked this place because the name was similar than the other big one. Glad it turned out well.

Perfect Villa for family and kids.

All the staff members were very helpful. Travelling with kids especially with infants is never easy.. but they took care of everything. The beach, shops, restaurants.. all you need is at walking distance. Perfect place for people travelling with family and children. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the villa.

The villa is great. The only thing I can think of is - travelling time from one spot to another. Considering it was Christmas and Bali traffic, there was nothing that could be done .

Beautiful staff

What a wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect the staff went out of their way to be accommodating! The managers went above and beyond to help us with an incident that happened elsewhere and we will be for ever grateful! We were also accommodated and looked after when we had to extend our stay due to an unwell child! Including extra changes of sheets and towels and helping organize a doctor! The stay was perfect! We will be back and highly recommend any travelers solo ,couples or family's choose to stay with them. Much aroha from 🇳🇿

Love the location. So close to everything you need. The staff were very friendly and daily cleaning was great.

Pictures weren’t as advertised but that was a booking.com problem, not the villa. Be VERY careful when booking so you don’t get a surprise. There were a lot of mosquitos and as the living areas were outside, it made it a hassle if we wanted to enjoy time together outside of our rooms at night. One of the bedrooms doors didn’t close properly so it let bugs in at night and the bed didn’t have a bug net
