Clear communication beforehand, great help from Mr Kadek throughout the stay. The villa is clean, nicely decorated, great pool and garden, nice location in seminyak

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this villa!
In a side street off the main road, you suddenly find this super quiet, gigantic(!) villa surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The rooms are enormous, and the pool with garden is wonderful.

The villa is clean and quiet. The pool was cleaned every 2 to 3 days, and was lovely. Staff were friendly.
The villa is a little tired, and would benefit from minor maintenance eg to vanity shelf in both bedrooms, to the sun lounges by the pool.
The second bedroom is not as well appointed as the "master" bedroom. It is smaller, the ensuite has smaller basin vanity bench space and no bath. There is no safe in thevminor bedroom.
The bedroom tvs didnt work. Wasn't an issue for us, but might be for some.

Location is perfect right. 5min walk to the bars and clubs but far in down a lane that there is zero noise at night
