Villa Shinta by JB Villas

The pool was nice and clean. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The staff were amazing and made our holiday so comfortable. They even bought me a birthday cake and saying happy birthday to me and I nearly cried because it was so sweet. The laundry was done very nicely in a short amount of time and it was a good price. It was not expensive. The floating breakfast was amazing. I loved the food. I loved the way the staff was so friendly and helpful anything we needed they attended to us.

I slipped over twice on the tiles because when you get out of the pool, there's a lot of water. I also slipped over when there was no water just because the tiles were extra slippery. The steps going up upstairs and into the room are very high so if you have knee problems or hip problems, I do not recommend this villa as it would be dangerous. Also, if you have small children, it may not be the best option. The first night we were there the Aircon upstairs broke and there was no extra beds so we had to make a bed on the floor for our daughter. The next day they tried to fix the Aircon but as they were not able to, they gave us another villa for the night. Then the next night the Aircon was fixed. One of the handbasins in the room was leaking when we used it the water came out underneath on the floor, but we told them and they fixed it that day. Anything that went wrong they were so onto it and help helped fix it.

Luxurious and relaxing Villa. Elegantly furnished bedrooms. A team of professional staff. Good communication with the host. Close proximity to local attractions. Absolutely recommended
