Nice apartment and great value for money
Very nice and well equiped apartment in central location and helpful hosts. Also very reasonably priced.
Parking was difficult and expensive - but that applies to anywhere in Luzern and out of the control of the hosts.

CAUTION: Moldy walls and smelly apartment! Silverfish in bed. Black mold on walls. Has been attempted to be concealed over the entire apartment. Extremely noisy floors Smelly apartment There is no table for dinner or breakfast. No response from staff when asked for early checkout and refund due to mold health risk. Not clean. Hairs laying around, and food on cupboard doors, dirty handles. Should not have the right to rent out this apartment. Make sure to read the other reviews that also state mold and other deficiencies. Dont understand the current 8 rating.

Solid Stay, but needs a Bathroom Refresh
Had an uneventful and a pleasant stay. Nice outdoor/terrace area is great plus. Convenient location, not far from public transport.
Shower drainage was poor. Bathroom had considerable amount of mold which was a big letdown.

Great property for your vacation needs
We have stayed here for two nights during 3rd week of June. We had a wonderful time, the host was great, very responsive. The property is very clean, our check-in was easy as well. We highly recommend this property for their vacation needs.
Its a mile walk from Luzern train station, but it is very easy and comfortable to walk.

Very average experience
Spacious apartment , well connected by bus to center of the city
- Cleaning was not done properly - we found a dirty sock , dirty tray inside the oven and the shower area kept flooding due to blocked drainage - some electric points did not work , tv did not work on second day - unresponsive staff - all we asked for was shower gel and even that was not delivered ; staff did not reply to our other questions either

We enjoyed the available fans and the amazing outdoor patio. The kitchen was stocked well however we never used the kitchen . It was a great location to the train station the busses and to the old town .
