Friendly host offering clear check-in info and quick help when needed. The house is very well maintained and has all necessary facilities, with extra toilet and shower in case the common bathroom is occupied. Excellent location: 5mins away from supermarket and restaurants & quick connection with Luzern central station: several buses per hour, super punctual, clear info board and ticket machine.
Everything in Erlen Rooms was great! One tip about the country itself: make sure your phone includes internet access in Switzerland. I didn't know that my "internet abroad" package only works inside the EU, which gave me a bit of panic and delay during the check-in. Find a hotspot near Sonnenplatz if needed.

Everthing
The things I didn't like it was the restroom and the bathroom. I mean I thought they were in the same room but actually they were in another room and I had to share them with other people. I was like and shocked that they don't know that but in all it was clean I liked it.
