Prefect if you staying with family or in group

Spacious, have WiFi, near to lucern train station and bus station, can do laundry but no dryer and also can cook. Staff very friendly.

The heating in the apartment is insufficient, and we found ourselves feeling cold. Additionally, the towel dryer that was depicted in the pictures is not present in the bathroom.

Comfortable family stay in a perfect location near the train station, lake and shopping street.

The apartment was in excellent location—just steps away from the train station, close to the lake and within walking distance of the main shopping street. The internal facilities were well-equipped and perfectly suited to our family’s needs. Highly recommended!

Since there is no lift, offering luggage assistance would make the experience even better.

Very comfy central location.

Great location right in the center of town near the train station, the lake, and shopping. Apartment is spacious, modern, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check in was easy.

There is no parking available onsite. We parked at a pay garage about a 15 minute walk away which cost $45 USD per night. If you have a car, another apartment/hotel might be a more economical choice.

Amazing room in an amazing location.

Location, size of the room and cleanliness. Shower was excellent

No lift. We stayed on the 4th floor and taking the 3 x 25kilo bags plus stroller and a sleeping baby was a nightmare. I am sure there must be a reason they can’t install lifts (maybe heritage building etc) as otherwise, everything was excellent and well provided for.

The apartment had no lift to access to the unit. The spiral staircase makes it difficult to climb with our luggages. This apartment had no room for privacy. The heater inside the toilet was not working well. This property is not suitable for elderly & young children.

Perfect place to stay. Enjoy every minute inside the apartment

My dream place. Really love the overall minimalist feel yet facilities provided were very complete and useful. I love the need to go through the little tunnel and overlooking the square. The kitchen was well kept with all the necessary kitchen and appliances. Super convenient with all the shops available just downstairs. Convenient walk across towards the train station where it interconnects with other cities.

Nothing. Only down side is that there is no lift but understand cos it is a building under preservation. I travelled with family members who were strong and able, so no issue for me.

We had to purchase coffee pods; they provided just 6 for 4 night stay. For coffee drinkers, that was not enough.

Excellent locatin and very good facility

Excelent location with good communicatuon with the host. The facility was very clen and kitchen had all facilities. One disappointment was the pillows, very thin could not sleep at all.

Pleasant stay but could be better with more powerful fan

Room was very spacious. We had ample space for opening our luggages. Also closet space was more than enough. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were ok. Washer was a plus. Beds were comfortable.

Wish they provided a lighter blanket in the summer and a fan with more capacity. It was still hot though the windows were open.

Great but with no elevator and in pedestrian zone

Great location, good property. It is great if you are not carrying a lot of luggage. There is no elevator, and taxi/Uber is not allowed to this area. The nearest taxi/uber drop off is 3 blocks from here.

A clean, good-sized space in a great location with a lovely view. We enjoyed having the windows open and hearing the clock chimes and other sounds of the city. Having extra outlet converters in the room was a nice bonus.

My Stay with HitRental

Love the location and it was only a few minutes away from the station. Views were good. Apartment was clean and all facilities were provided. Washing machine and the full kitchen was a plus point

location.location. location. This property is as primely located as one could expect. Well appointed and comfortable. Spacious with lots of closet space and sleeping arrangements.

Only compliant would be that there were no washing machine pods available, which we were hoping to use as we were traveling through Luzern.

Location was great

Location is great right next to the river and a nice square in the historic centre View from window was of the beautiful blue clock face on the tower Research how expensive Switzerland is … that’s why an apartment is a good idea ( although groceries are dearer anyway ) I think it’s better here in this location in the river than the area further down on the lake but we love old towns more than huge hotels and the busy roads Bedroom is bright and spacious with big beds ( we had the family room) Lots of storage cupboards in bedroom Had a washing machine Kitchen was well equipped

Kitchen was gloomy and it wasn’t inviting you sit in the mornings to have breakfast with lights on Nothing you can do about it It’s in a historic building and there’d be no way to use that space Parking was in the carpark about ten mins away by foot Not difficult but expensive It was very hot and stuffy in July No aircon Two fans provided which helped a bit You could keep windows open but then you couldn’t use the curtains to block out light because it would interfere with airflow Tv didn’t work the entire five nights Something to do with signal, they said We don’t normally watch foreign tv but it’s nice to get the news sometimes The room we had was only good for family All the beds are in one room The stairs to 3 rd floor aren’t easy although built in wide spiral The floor above was occupied by noisy youngsters who ran up and down ( hard if you’re a light sleeper ) and noise from trucks outside emptying bins wasn’t great

Great location and easy access. No A/C

Location was amazing, right in the heart of Lucerne. A big spacious apartment that comfortably housed 4 adults. Big bathroom, large living area. It was very secure with multiple doors to go through. Restaurant and shops just metres away. Nice got beds and sofa beds.

No air conditioning, it's a very hot apartment. They provide 3 fans, but they really did nothing and it was only 28c outside. Pillows were horrible. They are paper thin. Also a lack of a top sheet to cover when it's so hot for the doona. More need to be done with A/C or fans like many other reviews have called out. Very expensive property considering no cooling.

It was marvellous to stay in this apartment for for the womens euros. The location was excellent. The building was amzing.

The sofa beds wasn't too comfortable, but it was okay for the 2 nights we stayed.

Perfect location for great stay.

The best part about this place is the location. Being able to quickly get anywhere and be in the middle of the beautiful town at the bottom of the stairs is perfect. The entry was fun for the kids with the spiral staircase. There are grocery stores close by and good ready made meals at Bachmann’s available too. On Saturday there was a market in the square just outside the window which was fun and added to the lovely atmosphere.

We were there on very hot days, and managing the heat with the fans was necessary.

It would be excellent if it had a better fan

The apartment is good size for 4. The bed was firm and comfortable which suit alI of us. Its centrally located and very clean. The kitchen was also well equipped with all the utesils and pots and pans you need to make soup and frying which we did for the night. The shower was also very powerful.

The room is hot and the fan provided is weak - probably should invest in a more powerful fan. We probably won't select this accommodation again if coming in hotter months but definitely will for the cooler months because of its convenient location, cleanliness, kitchen and laundry facilities (washer/dryer that we did not use) and affordable price point. But just remember there is no lift and have to use stairs which is not a major issue for us.
