The flat was newly renovated so very clean and comfortable with all appliances.

There was no lift so had to carry all the big luggage 3 floors upstairs which we didn't had idea beforehand or missed if the details were shared.

Wonderful location, plenty of fans in the hot area, and the facilities in the apartment were very practical for us travelers. Ice trays, though a very small thing, were very helpful in the hot weather!

room size was good, ample for a family of 4, 2 adults 1 teenager and 1 kid. Distance to train station isn't too far, it's situated in a nice area with shops, restaurants and fountains (crucial for hot summer days) nearby.

Our big room is on 4th floor, without a lift. A huge task for 3 large luggages. And no help from the staff as we checked out early (they start at 9:30am). And the pebble roads nearby makes pushing of luggages quite a challenge also - yet nice to look at and walk on :) The apartment had: 1) a stove but no oil or condiments of any kind, no paper towels; 2) a washing machine but no detergent. 3) an oven but not mitt/gloves So the "apartment" concept is really compromised - no cooking, no washing possible. and while the check in time was supposed to be 3pm, we didn't get in until after 3:30pm (around 4pm) At being on the top floor, was so hot in one of the nights that we were there (no AC). None of these are huge flaws (some are known) but future travellers should be aware.
