2BDR Apt with See View - Free Parking

It was extremely old fashioned. The lounge had 3 single beds and spare mattress and dining table and chairs. No where to sit and relax. No TV. Bathroom was awful and very dark. We did not want to spend any time there. We were in the lower ground floor with no balcony, just a window with a nice view.

Our stay at this property in Lucerne was extremely disappointing and a serious health hazard. The room was damp, smelled musty, and the bedding and floor felt constantly wet and sticky. Within hours, all of us started feeling itchy, as if something was crawling on our bodies – despite nothing being visible. That night was a nightmare. Due to the smell, dampness, and discomfort, no one in our family could sleep. The next day and afterward, several of us had allergic reactions, and my daughter and wife is still suffering from severe itching and skin irritation, even after two days. She required antihistamine medication, but we did not consult a doctor as we were continuing our travel to Milan and Paris. We are sharing this review in good faith so that future guests – especially families – don’t suffer like us. We urge Booking.com to investigate and consider delisting this property for guest health safety. We couldn’t leave the property that night as we arrived after midnight, but we request a full refund due to the property’s unacceptable condition and the health impact it caused during our family trip.

NONE, VERY VERY BAD PLACE.

If your going to Luzern without a car forget about this place as its too far and too steep to go and no bus route..The property is very dirty, outdated and no TV, toilet lock doesnt work, dirty kitchen and toilet, no hand washing liquid(half water and liquid), pillows and towels are soiled. This property should not be in the list...Booking.com should removed this propery in your list. They advertised with tv but theres none, washing machine was shared and its too dirty and full linens from the owner, linens scattered everywhere, send some pictures to Booking.com but theres no respose from them. Molds all over the toilet, tried to call the property care taker but he doesnt answer his phone nor response to text messages...VERY BAD AREA AND PROPERTY. Find somewhere else if you're staying in Lucerne..

What can I tell you about this place. I arrived, and was immediately greeted with a stench of soured milk, that grew stronger the closer I got to the door. It took ages for the property owner to send the admin emails to me and I had to chase twice. When he did, the instructions told me the key was in a box that wasn't locked and so easilty accessable. In hindsight, I don't think I would have needed the key as the lock on the property was so flimsy that I could have easily pushed the door to the apartment open. Security isn't a concern to the property owner, as there is nothing worth stealing inside. From the kitchenette, with missing cupboard doors, to drawers with missing handles, stained work surfaces, a rotten shower curtain. BLOOD stains on the bathroom floor, that could have been cleaned but it seems they just didn't bother. In the two bedroom apartment, there were 7 mattresses, scattered, leaning against the walls without sheets. One pillow for the whole property! The windows at the front are again completely unsafe, rusted and dangerous. The netting over it was a trap for 100's of dead instects that were now rotting ont he windowledge. I called the owner who quickly said I needed to raise a cancellation, he would agree, and I would get my money back for the booking in 3-4 days. He lied. This didn't happen. He rejected the request and now doesn't answer his phone when I call him. A complete coward! Not really a man at all. I little weasel. The good news is, I will be making several visits to this location over the coming weeks. If he hasn't paid my money back to me by then, I will visit this location, where with such easy access, I will create as much damage in the property that will need replacing, that I will cover the cost of money I have given to the owner without ever staying there.

The apartment is a basement that smells of damp. The furniture is very old.

Not very clean at all… As others have commented also, the entrance to the building and even the stairway were full of garbage. The apartment itself was also very old and unfortunately badly cleaned.
