Neat and good apartment, has a kettle and a microwave. Good water pressure. No noise in the night.

The curtains don't fit the windows, it's not dark at night. Keys don't always work at the entrance. Lots of emails but lack of useful information - I didn't know what to do with keys on checkout and barely caught my train.

Location great but too cosy for triple sharing

The location was great. Basic amenities were provided. Grocery store is very close and so is the parking.

The instructions to use the key and the Elevator arent very clear. The room for three adults was way too small.

Excellent

Exceed our expectations, the place was squeaky clean, next to the sports arena, the host replied to all my message in minimal time. This very near to the Allmend/messe train station, we can use our Lucern visitor card to catch a train to lucern central station and all the attractions are just minutes away from there

Nice apartment but still pricey for what it is.

It was clean, as shown in photos with listed amenities.

I didn’t like that I could smell cigarettes strongly from somewhere else in the building. I was in the 4th floor of a 30 floor building with at least 6 apartments on each floor so I have no idea where it came from but several times a day our apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes from outside. I don’t smoke and have two young children, I understand this is Europe but still, it was unpleasant. Also, some of the bed slats on the twin bed were broken upon arrival. Parking at the garage nearby is like CHF 22 per day.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful and quiet, and it is very convenient to go out. The bus station and supermarket are reachable in a few minutes.

Good for 1-2 nights for family up to 2+2. Good value for money as for Switzerland.

As for Switzerland, the value for money was good. Parking close by and relatively easy to get to the room. Quite comfortable for all 4 of us. Close to the city centre, just few mins by car.

You will be obligated to take your trash and clean all dishes. No tea in the room, salt/pepper would be a good ad on. At the entry, a bit "hospitalic" smell of the room.

Did the job for us for a couple of nights.

Clean, kitchen was well kitted (no oven), and beds were comfortable etc with a nice balcony. I liked it being next to the FC Lucerne stadium on march night :)

No Aircon and it was 34 degrees. Lifts were broken for going down. Add Aircon it's a great location with easy access to bus and supermarket.

Short stay but good

The location was fine. Easy commute to and from the train station.

The room was pretty small for a family of 4. The shower leaked. It made puddles outside on the floor. The sofa bed did not recline. We tried so many times but could not flatten it.

Good Value for money stay in Luzern

The location is good. Only 5 minutes’ walk to Bus station and 10 minutes from Luzern train station by bus 20. The apartment is well equipped. There’s a Migro just downstairs.

The curtain is ineffective in blinding the sun. So, we woke up no later than 8 every morning. The self-service laundry room was a bonus but clear instructions on how to use the machines in English should be provided. This apartment is good value for money when compared with general hotels in Luzern but if you are those who rely very much on hotel services, this type of self-service apartment may not be a good choice for you. The fan in our apartment was malfunctioning, we asked for another one and we were not provided one until the next day. We requested to put the luggage there before checking in but we waited for almost 15 minutes before someone came down to collect tge luggage. On the whole, they were responsive but it took time for action to be taken.

Good and calm stay experience overall to kick start our vacation

Connected with the main city and reachable easily and near by supermarkets are there for immediate consumption . Allowed us to drop in our luggage little early though our checkin time was in afternoon

Clean and comfortable in a good location

Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. Perfectly located next to the stadium where we attended a Women's EURO match and super convenient to the train station which gets you into Luzern in 3 minutes. Great to have soap, washing up liquid etc provided. There is a good small supermarket nearby, although the opening hours are slightly limited.

The shower door didn't shut properly, meaning water got everywhere on the bathroom floor. We could only access youtube on the tv.

I probably won’t stay here again if I ever come back to Switzerland

Location is good - from train station catch bus number 20 and you’ll be there in 5-10 min max

The property had a very unpleasant odour upon arrival. Although the cleaners came and provided a room freshener, the strong smell lingered throughout our entire two-night stay. The curtains were also disappointing — while there were blockout panels, they alternated with sheer ones, which made them ineffective. This meant bright lights from the nearby sports change rooms (which stayed on until around midnight or later) shone directly into the room, making it difficult to sleep , we couldn’t sleep for the two nights we were there because of the bring night light and then morning sun. The towels provided were old, rough, and had an odd smell, so I ended up using my own.

Easy access via Train and bus. Organized, efficient check-in. Clean, modern, spacious apartment, lovely balcony. Well prepared with towels, shampoo, even has some kitchen utensils and a coffee maker. Having the Migros Fitness, the public indoor pool and the supermarket just next door makes it an attractive location. Also, we enjoyed the garden restaurant above the stadium, just a short walk away.

I could not get any responses to my communications, first asking for individual transport tickets, then about the fact that some of the main bed‘s slats were broken, mattress bending in a bit, something that would require repair.

Perfect place for a family looking for a fuss-free stay at a good location, and reasonably priced

Clean and we could leave our luggage before we checked in. The bus that goes to the main station comes at short intervals. The property was as described in the listings. Hosts were responsive on our questions too.

Nothing major, all good but they sent a link via booking.com messaging to pay for tax, and also to submit our passport photos. I thought it was a scam initially.

Would recommend

Very convenient location with parking garage and bus right next door. Bus takes 10 min to get to the main train station & Lake Lucerne.

We did not realize the laundry facilities would be for the whole 10-floor building, not just one floor. There were 3 washers and 3 dryers, one dryer was broken and the other two made wet laundry slightly less damp. The apartment included a great drying rack, so that saved the day.

There is a direct bus from train station to the apartment. And a supermarket within walking distance. You can arrange with the staff to leave your luggage if you arrive before the check-in time. The attached kitchen is rather small, but is good enough to cook a simple meal.

Family-Friendly Apartment with convenient stay

we stayed in building Zihlmattweg 44. Our apartment was on 1st floor with elevator. Building has self check-in method with a key box outside the building. Key also has the method to access the floor elevator. Check-in process was smooth. Room was arranged with extra beds for the family and had the required kitchenware for the duration of the stay. Apartment has small balcony area arranged with couple of chairs. You will have to catch the bus B20 from the lucerne station to reach to the apartment (approx. 12-15 min bus ride). From the Zihlmattweg bus station to apartment is 3-4 min. walk. Add additional 30 min. in your plan to reach from apartment to Luzerne station to catch trains. Migros is just next to the apartment so it will take care of your grocery needs, keep in mind the opening / closing hours of migros as it might be closed by the time you come back. Apartment complex also has free laundry (with dryer) on the ground floor. Luzern guest cards were emailed to us which provides access Luzern transport for free.

There is no facility to keep your luggage after checkout in case you are planning to roam around lucerne or want to go to a different city and then come back to pick up your luggage for your onward journey. you can certainly carry luggage to train station and store or keep it with Hotel Monopol which just across the street in front of station but at an extra cost. There is no one at the property from HITRental or at reception of the apartment. You will have access to HITRental people via only phone so clarify all your doubts and questions before coming to apartment.

Strategically located right next to the bus stop and also Allmend Luzern train station is walking distance of 5 mins The apartment was decent and the building is nice too. It’s all self check-in The kitchen and bathroom had the amenities you need for a short stay. We stayed in a studio apartment and there was a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed to sleep 4. Small balcony in the room and wifi connection was good. A cafe and Migros literally 100 mtrs away

Clean, spacious accommodation, brilliant value for money.

It was in a nice location, the apartment was really clean and well set out, nice little balcony to go and sit outside, it was really good to have a fridge in the apartment. It was very spacious for 2 of us, with a migros situated nearby aswell.

I cannot fault the apartment as it was great value for money. The only slight thing was trying to figure out how to use the lifts to get to the required floor, but someone kindly showed us how to use it.
