Location is good, close to bus stop, migros and restaurants. You get a nice view of Mt. Pilatus from the bus stop. Automatic lift with a scan of yiur room key which is amazing.
While the host provided a fan, the apartment is still very hot especially that we experience heat wave during our stay. 2 fans would have been great. The smell from the main floor is a bit weird but the smell disappear as soon as you reach your apartment level. We stayed at 3rd flr.

Nothing serious, although the bathroom room exhaust needs a fix and water drips from the shower on to the floor

Location is good, convenient to public transport, providing Lucerne Visitor Card for free bus within Lucerne.
Uninviting entrance, it’s like walking into a college dorm. It gives you a hospital-like environment, zero touches for decor. But what turned me off the most is the smell. We walked in and it was like walking into a kitchen. Indian food smell permeated the walls, not inviting for a bedroom.

Tight but fine. decent location close to a swimming pool and grocery store.
Despite paying the city tax we did not recieve the travel cards that were were supposed to. which is frustrating
