Good, clean and compact room with a small kitchen. Bus connection line 20 takes 10mins to station

Overall the location was good connected to bus and the bus stop and grocery store is just outside the building.

Collecting keys and accessing the house was not easy. Finally was able to connect on call with the company and figured out things. Didn’t get a clear explanation to access the entrance door on entry!

Overall a good stay.

The location was near to the bus stop, which made it convenient to reach the Train station or the lake.

The walkway space between the dining table and the bed in the room was a little less. That required us to be mindful to not get hurt, with kids around.

The location & scenic view is spectacular with 3 mins.,walk to both grocery store, & bus station. Spacious room, fast WiFi connectivity, & well organized check in/ check out procedures.

Check-in by code was confusing and I felt lost at first. Needs short video demonstration , although I have received instructions. Unaware that the store closes @ 7 pm.

- Excellent location with public transportation close by. - Supermarket right next to the hotel. - Comfortable bed.

- Onboarding to get and use the key was confusing. - Lukewarm water in the evenings. - Lack of amenities (scarce toilet paper, coffee and hygiene products for one night). - The room was too hot.

Great location with plenty of space.

The location was great - an easy one minute walk from the bus stop. Having a kitchen was lovely, and the nespresso machine helped us kick jet lag. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great! The grocery store next door made grabbing food easy.

The temperature was a bit warm even with the fan.

Great Value for money. Good stay.

Great stay for us. The instructions to get the key was clear. I just got a little confuse on the lift, I dont think it was included in the instruction. A kind guy helped us get familiar in using the lift. Location was great. Only few minutes by bus from Lucern main train station. Waiting time for the bus is also short. Bus station is just nearby the main entrance of the property. The room is perfect with kitchen facilities.

Our Experience with Standard HITrental Allmend Apartment

My family and I recently spent two nights at HITrental Allmend, staying in a couple of their smaller apartments (Standard) for 2-3 adults. One definite plus was the apartment's cleanliness; everything was spotless, which is always a relief. We also found the location convenient with Megros grocery store right next door (lifesaver for quick meals and snacks) as well as the public transport bus stop was just a 2-3 minute walk away, making it getting into the city center really easy. This aspect of the location definitely lived up to the positive mentions we saw online.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was just okay, and in some areas, our experience was different than others who gave the property glowing online reviews. For starters, the apartments felt quite small - It was a pretty tight squeeze, and definitely not as spacious as some descriptions might imply! The whole setup felt pretty basic, which made the price point seem a bit on the higher side. A significant discomfort was the lack of AC. It got quite warm for the days we were there, and we had to call multiple times to finally get an extra fan arranged. The self check-in process, while intended to be seamless, was actually a bit confusing. We had to call to understand how to retrieve the keys from the outside key box, which meant a lack of personal touch right from the start, a sentiment I've seen echoed by others online too who prefer a staffed reception.

Lucern Stay at Hi Trental Standard Studio.

Location is perfect near to Allmend/Mese Station. It's near to Sports complex and farm house.

Any request like table fan or Laundry bag or even water bottle are not entertained. Timing is very strict not flexible which is inconvenient for outsiders considering long journey. ROOMS are very small and not value for money ,as it's looks like you are in Japan not Europe. Check in Process is smooth.

Nice apartment.

It was clean, comfortable and secure to stay with the family. The apartment was having all the facilities starting with kitchen equipment to the power adapter, In case if you don’t have the power adapter that fits into the socket. The location is just 10-12 min travel through bus from main lucerne station and thanks to them for providing city travel pass for free to travel across the city.

I found it little hard to get through the main entrance, As it was easy to get the key, but getting through the main building entrance was little hard, but thankfully somebody was coming out and at the same time we get it, later staff told us that we need to touch the key at the main entrance point to open the gate. Also it would have been great if there was a chopping board.. Rest it was great.

A comfortable stay with family with the ability to travel via the nearby metro station and bus stand.

The property is near to the Lucerne Allmend station. So the location is boon, we were able to catch bus and train within a walking distance . Wi-Fi worked good and all the basic needed amenities in kitchenette were provided. There is a small playground just outside that was enough to keep the kid engaged .

Mostly everything was good. A quick assistance on call/WhatsApp would have been helpful, as we faced some challenge initially while trying to find the key and open the apartment with the key.

Comfortable stay but TV not usable

Modern building. Easy and early check-in on request. Kids play area just outside the building. Very much accessible by bus. Grocery store nearby.

TV just shows some local weather channel. No youtube, netflix or even casting/connecting your phone with TV. Room felt bit cramped for space. But maybe because i'm comparing with my previous airbnb/booking.com stay experience. Otherwise room and bed was quite comfortable and cozy.

Everything was excellent - apartment, facilities, cleanliness, safety, peaceful area, proximity to bus stop and train station, clear instructions and guidelines, travel adapters for tourists from other parts of the world etc.

Nothing as such that I disliked. It would have been useful if kitchen paper towels were also provided.

Is neat and clean. Room is as per photo. Easy check in/out. Take full advantage on the guest visitor card to travel to place of attractions. There is nearby supermarket.

Surprising, well located, clean and functional.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent. There is a good supermarket in the condominium, easy access to public transport and there are few stations in the center, which pass very frequently. The small, clean, functional and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is clean and functional, and the curtains have automatic blackout. The sofa bed is very comfortable.

I found the main bed to be very soft, which I don't like.

Not happy

I liked that it was close to a bus stop and grocery shop

It was noisey above or beside me through the wall or ceiling. I hated the shower... its curtain wasn't wide enough and couldn't stop the water going out. One of the lights in the lounge flickered... and the one above sink didn't go at all. The curtain was not attached at the right hand side, hook broken. There was no top sheet for the bed. Not much cutlery and no bottle opener. Pretty cheap kitchen items. And not very good towels. Not that picky usually, but this was disappointing. Not sufficient light above bed either.

overall it was nice and comfortable stay.

It was far from city center but the location was good and close to train and bus stop small kitchen with sufficient cookware for basic cooking was available.

the bathroom was small there was curtain for separating the bath area and it caused water spillover outside the bath area. check in was delayed as room was not cleaned up in time for check in and we had wo wait for 40 mins.

It was one of the cleanest properties ever. And there was a view of the mountains from the room. It had everything we needed. Good walks straight out the door and shopping nearby.

Great location for a stay when having an event at Messe Luzern. Easy key collection. Lots of amenities and the kitchen was well equipped.
