The "Titlis III" Business Apartment on the Allmend in Lucerne is the ideal solution if you are travelling on business and looking for a temporary accommodation. The Business Apartment offers everything for perfect comfort - whether you travel alone or with your family. The furnished apartment can accommodate a total of five people. In the bedroom there are a single bed and a double bed and in the living room a sofa with pull-out function. Of course, the apartment also has its own kitchen and a modern bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with two glass ceramic hotplates, a microwave, a coffee machine and all common kitchen utensils. In the bathroom you will find a shower, towels, hair dryer and toiletries. The business apartment also has a beautiful, spacious terrace.
Our service includes all additional costs such as Wi-Fi internet, TV, bed linen, towels, monthly intermediate cleaning (from a stay longer than 45 nights) and the use of washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. A parking space can also be rented for an additional monthly fee of CHF 210.
You live centrally on the Luzerner Allmend and have leisure and recreation opportunities in the immediate vicinity. In the nearby Bireggwald, for example, you can take a leisurely walk and enjoy the wonderful Swiss air. Here you can also take a hike close to the city, which offers a varied change of views of the lake and Pilatus.
The apartment is optimally connected to public transport. The bus stop Zihlmattweg of line 20 is located directly on the street in front of the residential high-rise. From here the bus takes you to the main station, the city and the lake in only about 7 minutes.
Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:
- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.
- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
