Amazing place, very convenient and will comeback if given a chance.

The house was big and clean. We were travelling around Europe and really needed the space and faculty which this unit provided. I was so happy with this house and it was so convenient! There’s a Mac Donald’s across the street and subway just below the apartment. There was also a convenient store nearby and a train station few mins down. What more can I ask? Thank you Lucas for letting us stay at your amazing home!

Modern luxury apartment with a view.

Great location. Spacious and clean. Fantastic views from the apartment on the 13th floor. Comfy bed. 5 mins by train to Lucern and the train station is 50m from the building. Luxury underground car park. A great place!

Would be nice if there were Swiss to European power adapters to help international travellers and/or USB outlets. Some chairs and flat surfaces to put stuff again would be nice. Some building site noise starting at 7.00 from site opposite. These are small suggestions to improve a great place don’t let this put you off from visiting!

Don’t book here it’s like a biohazard with zero services

Upon check-in, we were appalled by severe hygiene and safety issues that made the apartment completely uninhabitable: • The entire apartment including bathroom and kitchen is dirty and unclean (spider web everywhere), and my kid got BED BUG from it. • A broken boundary door nearly collapsed on us and our child — this is an extremely serious safety hazard. • There is visible dust and dirt everywhere, as clearly shown in the photos. • We are traveling with a child, and this condition is absolutely unacceptable AND THE MOST IRRITATING PART IS THE HOST NEVER PICK UP OUR CALLS AND BEEN PRETENDING TO SEND A CLEANER TO MAKE THE SITUATION BETTER BUT AT THE END THE REPLY WAS “SORRY due to high season we can only send a cleaner after you check out and that’s so ridiculous .THIS IS THE Worst travel experience ever!

The view from the apartment is fantastic—during the day you can clearly admire the beautiful Mount Pilatus, and at night, enjoy the sparkling city lights. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and well-soundproofed, providing a comfortable and quiet environment. The kitchenette is well-equipped with various appliances, making meal preparation easy. Additionally, the host was responsive and helpful on weekdays, promptly addressing our issues.

Although a projector was thoughtfully provided, the lack of a blackout curtain in the living room severely affected image quality during the daytime. Moreover, the projector seemed to have a loose connection, preventing audio output via external speakers. Additionally, the projector, speakers, Wi-Fi, and living room lights share the same power line, meaning that accidentally switching off the lights turns off all these devices simultaneously. The lighting in the living room is quite dim, especially at night, which could be improved for better comfort. Unfortunately, we also encountered the inconvenience of a missing hairdryer. Due to this issue arising over the weekend, the host was unable to provide immediate assistance, and we had to wait until Monday evening for a solution. Though the weekend without a hairdryer was uncomfortable, the problem was eventually resolved.

Stay Away. Not worth the hassle.

Good location near the train station and supermarkets etc. Good view from the property.

Bare unit with only very basic equipments provided.Not even waste plastic bags is available. You have to buy on your own a whole role to use only 1 bag. Once you check out owner will start harassing you with pictures of defects here and there trying to charge everything to you and not return your security deposit. Stay away. If you do choose to you stay do take pictures of all property defects to safe guard yourself.

Worst stay ever. do not book unless no more accommodation in Switzerland

do not book/ cancel your booking if you do not want to spoil your holiday. when I asked questions via booking.com messaging, they said their system down and could only do WhatsApp. this is not what Booking.com policy stated. they only provide 3 toilet rolls for 6 people for 5 days stay. when I asked them for more, they just msg : Hello xxxxx, All consumables are prepared by our cleaners for the beginning of the stay only and if these are not enough or used already during the stay you may buy them in the nearest market. Thank you! who would buy 20 rolls pack when I just need 2-3 more rolls? do they expect us to carry our toilet rolls around during our holiday? or are they expecting us to gift them the remaining at the end of our trip? this is the same for trash bag. they asked us to buy our own trash bag!!!! I believed this apartment is managed by a company and not individual. hence they are not motivated to put in their best effort to make their guest feel at home. keys are not easy to retrieve. it’s like playing Escape Room :(( too stressful.

Nice apartment, magnificent view, very good location.

The view of Mt Pilatus from the apartment was magnificent! The apartment is located just a couple of minutes walk from the train station, trains run every 15 min, and take just 5 minutes to reach the main station in Luzern. This made the apartment a convenient base to explore Luzern and the surrounding area. There is an excellent coffee shop by the train station and a grocery store nearby.

The walls had a lot of scuff marks on them and could use a new coat of paint. There were two places in the main living room where the flooring had warped and needed replacement. The firmware on the Amazon Fire Stick needed to be upgraded to work properly, but we did the upgrade while we were staying there.

Great Location and View, Facilities can be better

Location was very near bus and train station, with frequent connections to Lucerne Central. The view from the apartment was splendid. There is Subway and other restaurants downstairs.

Wifi was not that good in the rooms, and we had to spend a long time finding the key, including reaching Airhosted customer support. Pillow and Mattress were not very comfortable. The manual to operator TV projector and Netflix was not very informative and could be better.

It has large rooms with spacious hall and with stunning views. Near to Luzern city about 3 Km. All facilities are available in down of building such as Mac, Sub- way, other restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, Auto car wash and patrol station.

It doesn't have a private parking in same building and guests should park in payment puplic parking which it's far away from apartment about 150 m.

Unforgettable

The view was amazing, and the sitting area at the corner was my best place. Kitchen and dining were good.

The couches were smelly. The washroom needs a matt near the shower because it was a little slippery. There should be some snacks, like Musli, chocolate or anything to make the guest special. JBL speak was not working. In booking, I was given the address of 8 &13 building but my room was in building 14. So it creates some confusion. Lastly, I got the email regarding the PIN to get the keys was late.
