It was bad - dirty apartment and unprofessional host

It was very dirty. The oven was obviously not cleaned and were therefore not usable. It was dust in every corner. Dirty on lightflicks on the walls. The bedsheets had holes. Also we met neighbors in the stairwells smoking weed and playing music in the evening. When we addressed all this to the host and was asking for a refund the host stopped replying - very unprofessional. We could not stay there and got into a hotel instead. Do not spend your money on this place if you want a clean place to stay.

Very convenient and great size of apartment but details let it down, especially the cleanliness.

Bath and tv functionality

Tv had line down the screen and could be bigger and better positioned. Not clean, floors sticky and dusty (dead spiders) broken toilet flush and water damage to bathroom door. Broken handle to one of the windows. Balcony very unclean, cigarette butts. Fridge not cold enough.

location was good, but apartment facilities have alot of improvement

- location was relatively near to chapel bridge and old town (10min walk) - location was within 50m frm 3 fantastic supermarkets (coop, migros and aldi). - the gentlemen who checked in (Vitali) was friendly, fantastic and exceptional! He helped set up our lucerne transport pass on the spot! - very spacious apartment!

- Toilet flush was cracked and looks like giving way anytime - cant believe there is not single hook in the toilet - Wifi was extremely poor and patchy, and keeps disconnecting

Noise outside of flat fairly constant and loud - possibly cleaners or residents moving in and out. Thin walls.

Good location, nice big rooms and living space

Apartment was close to the centre of Lucerne and located near 3 supermarkets. Was great to be able to cook meals and have quiet nights with our 4 children after almost a month of travelling. Rooms were a decent size and comfortable.

Wi-Fi did not always work and we first had to log into one of the other apartments network until someone from the host company could sort us out. Also building was not secure which we were too comfortable with.

Extremely clean and brilliantly located.

Location is superb. Bus stop nearby. Plenty of supermarket choices. Easy waking distance to main railway station, restaurants and attractions.

Bedding is the only let down. Doona was too short (and I am only 179cm) and pillows very insubstantial. Clock needs a battery replacement.

Great location. Kitchen was also pretty good and supermarkets were very close.

It was clean, the host who welcomed us was super friendly, the place itself was well equipped and would suit a family or a couple alike. There isn’t much to fault and I’d stay there again.

Great location - walking distance to Lucerne city. Small size and needs maintenance.

Location was great. It was close to Lucern City.

We paid for a family apartment. This was just a room with a sofa bed and a tiny kitchen. The kitchen was dark as the light didn’t work. They didn’t fix the light until the day before we left. The entrance, lobby and stairs were dark as lights didn’t work. The room floor wasn’t clean properly. The location was great, close to Lucerne city. Overall not value for money. Wouldn’t recommend for a family with kids.

Great location, good place to use as a "home base" for exploring Lucerne.

Nice clean apartment with lots of room and a private balcony on a quiet street. 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, and a living room with 2 couches. Basically could be a 3 bedroom if you wanted a couple to stay in the living room, but with 1 bath it would be tough. Not fancy at all. Very basic accommodations, but located close to grocery stores, and the main river walk area. Train station was ~15 min walk away. This is a great place to make a home base to do some exploring of Lucerne. I love the European windows that tilt open and open wide to give fresh air. Very comfortable to sleep in. I loved the down comforters provided on the beds. I just wish there was a better coffee setup. Instead we had to go to the Coop store down the hill to get morning coffee. Host was nice and receptive. quickly delivered more toilet paper to the apt.

Sparsely furnished, no toaster, no microwave, refrigerator was broken, coffee machine is cheap and we couldn't find extra "K cups" for it (Krupp brand?). You can't really do much cooking, but I wouldn't expect to with all the great restaurants available. The entry door is like a vault door. You need the key to open from the outside AND the inside. I was locked in while my friends went to the grocery store. :( TV didn't really work unless you logged into Netflix with your own account, but we weren't there to watch tv. Only 1 pillow per person. Bathroom fan was weak and the room fogged up very quickly when showering. Shower head was broken, and the tub is very high. We had to step up into it, and getting out was a little sketchy with wet feet. Lots of small improvement's can be made to make this place great. Overall, I would stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

Very spacious room with smart TV, friendly staff and easy check-in. We loved the location as well. The property is near the covered wooden bridges and the city walls and also near a supermarket. They were kind enough to give us some detergent to wash our clothes, but they also offer laundry services for those who want that. The property is responsive to any questions.

The pillows were really floppy and old. We also only got one pillow per person, which is a problem when the pillow is this soft.

It was clean and simple and close to everything. Love it.

It was very clean and well kept. Vitali was very patient. We came late but he waited patiently. The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were both cozy. We enjoyed our stay.

It would be nice to put a mirror above the dresser. It will be a nice homey touch. An AC would be nice too. ☺️

Friendly Host but Not Worth the Price

Smooth check-in: The check-in process was simple and hassle-free. Helpful host: The host was friendly, clearly explained the check-in steps. Basic provisions included: Cooking and cleaning accessories were provided, which was convenient.

Misleading listing: The unit was much smaller than advertised and didn't match the photos or description. Poor-quality amenities: The furnishings and provided items felt cheap and worn out. Cramped facilities: The bathroom was very small, and the lift could barely fit two people at a time. Uncomfortable furniture: The bedding and sofa set were average. Not value for money: Given the condition and size of the unit, the price did not feel justified. Overall, while the host was helpful and some basics were provided, the stay fell short due to the misleading presentation and poor-quality setup. I would recommend clearer listings and improved amenities for a better guest experience.

Convenient but not worth the price

It was close to everything so if you have a short stay it works well. The staff were really nice and helpful.

It was very hot and there was one fan provided which isn’t enough for how hot it gets. Everything was clean overall but there were details that were dirty.

A good find in an expensive city.

2 roomed apartment. 5 minute walk to the lake. Parking 3 minute walk. Had a lift. 2 large sofas. TV. etc. shared bathroom.

The appearance of the apartment block was quite grim. Ok once inside. There appears to be a construction type supply yard nearby. It was noisy in the morning at 7am.

Central location, pleasant welcome, clean, equipped with functional kitchen.

The location is very good. Aldi, Coop, and Micros just around the corner. Parking is closeby at the Altstadt Parking garage. It is an apartment in a multi-apartment-complex, but it has an elevator. It was very clean, we did some meal preparation/cooking, and the kitchen is functionally equipped. We received free passes for all public transportation, which made it very easy to get around. The street is very quiet, some good restaurants in walking distance. We felt safe walking around at night.

Well, it's an apartment complex, the entrance does not look great, but that's just a minor and not bothersome to us. We enjoyed the central location, everything is accessible by foot or public transport. Unfortunately no laundry machine.
