Clean property, walkable from Station. Has an Ethiopean/Eriterian hotel at the ground floor.

No host, no other amenities, and no one to answer your queries. We wanted to keep our luggage for 4 hours after checkout, and they denied any such facility. I had to book pay additional one day rent for the sake of storing luggage.

Felt like home—with a view!

The contactless check-in was smooth and super convenient, especially after a long travel day. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed—from a small kitchenette to a comfortable bed. I loved the privacy and independence the space offered, and the location was great, close to the lake and city center, but still quiet and peaceful. It felt safe, cozy, and perfect for a short stay in Lucerne.

While the contactless check-in was convenient, it lacked a personal touch or immediate assistance if any issues came up. The apartment was cozy but a bit compact, which might feel tight for longer stays or travelers with lots of luggage.

Location is good.

Too noisy as it’s adjacent to railway tracks, so difficult to sleep in the night. The room is too compact, difficult for 2 persons. Also the ventilation in the room is bad during summers. For the price they charge, it was not expected.

Very very small. No leg space to sit on the commode for an average size person. Room too hot, no AC. Standing fan not adequate to cool the room. Unable to open the window as by the side of railway track and too noisy.

They didn’t send me the access code for hours They wanted my passport picture, I sent them 3 times but they didn’t accept it, they said it’s blurred even though it was clear. They didn’t have a WhatsApp number, we tried to communicate via email but they were too slow and indifferent to my mails. I had to wait for hours for them to send me the access code , I got furious and desperate towards their attitude.

Horrible experience

We wanted to share honest feedback about our stay, as it unfortunately did not meet expectations. While we were aware of the property’s “no party” rule, we were allocated a 1st-floor unit directly above a pub with constant noise, loud music, and cigarette smoke filtering in — making the atmosphere extremely uncomfortable. We had to leave the window slightly open due to the lack of ventilation, but this only made the smoke and noise worse. All days the party was going on till 0500am in the morning. To add to that, the train noise outside was persistent, and we were unable to get proper sleep for any of the nights during our stay. The room itself was also very cramped — there was barely any space to open our luggage, let alone move around comfortably. It was not what we expected based on the listing. We feel that this setup is not suitable for guests who expect a quiet or restful stay, and we hope you can better inform future guests or consider offering different rooms for those needing peace and space.

Nothing. I would have suffered a heat stroke in there. There is no air circulation and the room is a hotbox. We had to spend the night outside. The room is next to railway track. Full night there is noise of trains

Well-furbished apartment. The kitchen has a stove, dishes, and a fridge. That's very convenient in a city with such expensive food. For a small apartment, it was surprisingly spacious. It was clean as well.

These apartments are useless..tiny pigeon holes..have no Aircon and no fans. How will one survive. Temp plus 25 degree I was about to collapse. It was so hot. Very little ventilation...above all so noicy every 1 minute trains pass by. The place is above railway line. Massive noose and so disturbing. Could sleep for 3 nights. I would have walked out but had paid huge and non refundable. Just mentioning in fine prints is not enough..all bookings apps must remove such property.. Total waste of a trip .reply and refund my amount...

Hot and noisy

It’s not far from the station by a 10-15mins walk (if without carrying luggage)

There’s no luggage storage available before check-in. The room is super hot with no ventilation and air-con, you will only have to open the window, while the building is right next to the railway and up above some bars, it’s really noisy at nights and hard to get into sleep. The light in the bathroom is super dim, you can only keep the bathroom door open in order to see while showering, it’s not quite acceptable.

Waste of money

The fan of whole building was not working properly and it was warm exactly like hell. The only way to make it better was to open the window, and then crazy loud sound of trains harms you a lot; either way I couldn't sleep and had to take pills and struggle for hours... WC was very very small, so annoying to use that (smaller than you can imagine) Bathroom didn't have a fan and also it was really dark! Pillows were awful too. FINAL WORD: DON'T RUIN YOUR COMFORT; FIND A BETTER PLACE. Regardless how cheap it is, it's NOT WORTH IT.

It was okay but there was some disadvantages.

We liked how close it was to the train station and how many appliances there were.

There was notification only when you came to the hotel that if the fire alarm goes off it is over 1000 euro fee. But it was also told that it can go off just from steam ao it wasn’t really comfortable to cook there. Also there was this cigarette smell coming to our room every now and then from inside the building. Also the room temperature was really hot even though the radiator was off.

Bad property , but good city .

Our visit was fantastic - with no thanks to the property . The property is horrid.

Almost everything . Very poor value for money .the door code was given after 12 pm even though the money was paid and I called the hotel. No facility for stowing luggage . We travelled from Vision Apartment Zürich - which we had to leave at 10 am , yet this property of the same group did not give up check in till 3 pm. Also the system of giving code on the day of arrival causes unnecessary tension . Effectively - you pay for 24 hours but get 19 if you stay for one day .The room was small with low ceiling . The galley had no light , almost nil crockery and bare min cutlery. The property is next to train tracks with noise all day and night . No AC. Coffee machine is ancient type where you have to manually fil in coffee powder .

Location, 10 min walk from the main train station and tourist attractions WiFi is very good Small double bed but very comfortable It is a small room but it has everything that you need, with a small fully equipped kitchen It was easy to find the building All new and nicely decorated Easy check in and check out The staff always replied to our email requests promptly

A nightclub nearby, loud music all night, but it only has parties on Saturday, the other days it was nice and quiet. When you take a shower the water comes out of the shower enclosure, it is manageable but a bit annoying since you have to dry it up after every shower.
