Location was nice and close to the train station and everything else we needed. The view from the rooms was beautiful of chapel bridge and the mountains. Apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable
We were able to leave our bags but told that we couldn’t check in until 4pm which was an hour after the advertised check in time. Communal laundry with only 2 machines so we had to wait for other people’s washing and then go back and transfer to the dryer. The dryer cycle didn’t dry the clothes properly

Excellent location with gorgeous views of the Chapel Bridge. Large, spacious apartment with room for four.
Cigar/cigarillo smoke from the staff on breaks from the restaurant downstairs permeates the building and stairwell, was foul.

Location
Was COMPLETELY inappropriate for four adults, unless polyamours. No water, no cream for coffee. No tea. No washcloths. One cup. Take out trash when you leave or be charged CHF 150. Free laundry two floors away but no laundry soap.
