Appartamento ampio, pulito e luminoso. Posto auto esterno davanti all’appartamento. Gestione impeccabile da parte dello staff, sempre pronto ad assistere rispondendo rapidamente.
Non è vicino al centro ed è necessario avere un’automobile per spostarsi. Una stanza è ampia ma senza finestra.

Location , facilities, good and clear communication . Easy check-in / check out. On top of that very good connection to Luzern HB. So good place to stay while visiting Switzerland.
It was bit difficult to get to 3rd floor with the bags.

Near by bus stop
Room was on the third floor without lift access, which was not mentioned in the listing. No toiletries or basic pantry items were provided, and we were asked to purchase them ourselves with a promise of reimbursement that never happened. A request for a 30-minute extension was also refused. The host was difficult to reach, and the property is more of a home stay than a hotel. We were also pressured to give a 5-star rating, which was uncomfortable. Overall, not a transparent or satisfactory experience.
