Overall it was a good experience in staying in the apartment. Fairly priced, money's worth.

The hallway was dark at night and there was no light. It was a little uncomfortable with kids and ladies, when getting back into the apartment late at night.

Lovely host and homely apartment

The apartment is well decorated and very clean. You can tell that the host is very meticulous as everything was provided in the apartment - even dog bed, dog bowls and a towel for our pup! There were also chocolates, milk, water, coffee and tea and many other things in the kitchen made available for guests to use. There are many sockets around, which is very helpful. The host and her family were also very kind to provide a heater fan on request and also accommodated us to in checking out later as we had baby things to sort out before leaving. We are very thankful for the graciousness of the host and for a very pleasant stay.

The property can be dark at night but this can be fixed by turning on the lights in the hallway.

The apartment was our beautiful base camp for our joyful stay in Lucerne.

The property was clean, cosy and exceptionally well equipped. The host awaited us to guide us to our indoor parking lot and bought us to the apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lucerne and loved our accomodation. It was very homely, cosy, warm and we had everything we needed for our family. Everything was clean and in good working order and we would recommend staying here.

Great location, 15 min walk to train station and close to the restaurant and shopping area

The host have milk, creamers, coffee and butter at the facility which is very helpful when you travel. The check in regularly and the apartment is very clean.

The room was clean and well-equipped. We came in August, which was very hot, but the room was cool and comfortable. The owner was very nice. If we come again, we will come back.

excellent stay

cozy proper 2 bed room apartment with a living room sofa bed and kitchen. newly done up apartment. hosts pampered you with swiss chocolates , toiletries , coffee , tea etc. 5 min walk from chapel bridge, bus station below the apartment and very kind hosts.

Superb Apartment

This is a superb apartment, well appointed and very clean. The block is on a main road but the apartment is at the back of the building, looking onto a hillside so it is very quiet. There are a number of restaurants and cafes very nearby. The bus stop is a few steps from the building entrance with a bus almost every 3 minutes. It is a lovely 15- 20 minute walk into the centre of Luzern. Our dogs loved the walk along the river. Sa bina and her brother could not have been more helpful.

We definitely recommend!

The apartment is brand new! Everything was very clean and well organized. When we arrived, there was water, coffee, jam, and even some chocolates waiting for us — such a lovely touch! We were two families and felt very well accommodated. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and tourist attractions — we did everything on foot! Sabina was always quick to respond and very kind whenever we needed anything. We definitely recommend this apartment! 🤍
