Very clean. Helpful staff. Close to transport links. Good breakfast
Beds very uncomfortable. Pillows terrible. It is so hot in the rooms it is unbearable.

Staff was very friendly, helped us with directions etc. And provided a washer and dryer to do our laundry, with soap for no cost.
It's a bit out of the centet of Lucerne, which fir us was perfect, because our intention was to do day trips in rwntal car, out of Lucerne towards, Bern, Alps etc.
