Bellpark Hostel

Location was very close to city centrr. Common kitchen has fridge, oven, bowls and cuttleries.

Rooms were dirty, there were many hairs on the ground. No AC! There was only a fan in the roombut it was too hot since it was summer. Common places was even hotter!

It is in a very good location. Receptionist was very heplpful.

3rd floor accomodation with no lifts.

Location and parking availability. Staff were very friendly.

Very small rooms. Loud on a night. Our bathroom light flickered.

Perfect location as it is close to Lucerne Main Station, tourist attractions, and grocery stores. The property is clean and well-maintained. Smooth check-in/out, thanks to the friendly Filipina staff (though I forgot her name).

Location is good, nice kitchen with many tools, staff is polite and helpful

My room had a balcony! Amazing, the view was so nice and just sitting outside in the evening and talking was a core memory.

The bathroom is a bit small

The location is close to Mt Pilatus cable car station and not far from the centre.  The size of the bedroom with two single beds quite big.  It does not have a lift. There is a washbasin in the room. The heater does not work. There is a  kitchen and an eating room. Breakfast is 10chf per person  but I did not have breakfast at the hostel.  Shared bathroom and WC is clean. In my third floor There is one bathroom and one WC for 6 double rooms. We were lucky, we did not wait to use them.  There is a big locker for luggage near the receptionist. You can put one medium luggage or two small luggages. The stations of train, bus and cruise are very close to each other. There is a bus no. 1 stop A to Bellpark Hostel from Lucerne train station.  It took us 10 minutes to the hostel. You need to stop at Hoffman Bellpark in front of the Hoffman and walk around 2 minutes to the hostel. No need to cross the road, you can see the sign of  the hostel.

It was really close to a bus that ran directly to and from city center which was very convenient. The kitchen was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and the lockers were convenient as well.

No large body towels were provided.

The cooking facility is very good and clean. All the equipment is available.

The wash rooms are very small.

For budget travelers and solo travelers, this is best place to stay, it's cheaper in comparison to other stays, it's location is fantastic as bus no 1 from terminal A of main bus station takes you directly in front of hotel, so no need to search the hotel in streets, Pilatus ride starts at walking distance Kitchen and sufficient dining space make it more comfortable

Bed are made of steel which makes huge noise,, if person sleeping at one tier takes turn,the person sleeping at other tier is totally disturbed due to noise and vibration of the bed and sleep is totally disturbed Bed should be wooden

Cute and cozy little place, close to transport and the Pilatus chairlift. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Couldn’t fault anything here.

Some clogs in the toilet

Great location,10m from the center on bus#1; across from hostel there is Lidl and places to eat ; 10m walk to the cabin to go up Mt.Pilatus. Decent size dining area, fully equipped kitchen . Bring 2 chf to use the lockers before /after check in/out

The dorm was congested.

beds were fine, bathroom in the room was nice so only sharing with the room. was clean and accessible

bathroom just got extremely wet because there’s no fan, but other than that it’s fine

Location, and price was better than other hostels

Carrying luggage to 2nd floor via stairs, staff availability hours and conditions of the room.

+ the hostel is near bus stop + walking distance from mini market + not too far from Lucerne banhoff (train station) 18mins by bus + they provide towels, soap and shampoo + clean sheet everyday as you need to put it on-off yourself + coin locker + clean share kitchen and complete utilities

- too warm at night during my stay 3-4 Oct (but they provide fan) - no lift (stairs) and we were staying in the 3rd floor - too noisy from outside as it nears the main road (car noise)

Is a nice simple hostel, is really clean and peaceful even for been near to the street. Is really easy to get there with google maps. It has a shared kitchen, social area and play room. The rooms are fine. The reception only works after 4pm but you can ask for activities to do and they will happily help you.
