An excellent B&B very close to town.

We stayed here recently for two nights and on arrival found Karen very welcoming and friendly. The property is within walking distance to the wee little town which has plenty of interesting shops, bars and restaurants to choose from, a very nice traditional Scottish town. We found our stay to be very comfortable, clean and spacious room with everything we required. The breakfast was most certainly plentiful and cooked to perfection, Karen’s Daughter attended to our breakfast and she was also friendly and helpful, also attentive. We would most definitely stay again, we give credit where it’s due. Thank you for a very good stay.

Perfect place in Pitlochry

Annslea is perfect, lovely, friendly hosts, comfortable, cosy and clean rooms, generous breakfasts with good range of cold cereals and cooked breakfast with quality products and all within a 5 minute walk of the centre of Pitlochry. I would recommend and would definitely look to book again without hesitation.

A spotlessly clean B&B with super friendly owners just a short walk from the town center.

We had a great experience at this charming bed and breakfast. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of food to choose from—really set us up for the day (especially the day we climbed Ben Vrackie!). The owners were superb: incredibly friendly and genuinely caring. The road out front can get a bit busy at times (our room was at the front of the property), but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort and hospitality. The place was spotlessly clean and just a very short walk from the town center, which was super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Terrific B&B

Annslea Guest House is a fantastic B&B setup. The room I had was clean and it had great facilities for my overnight stay. The breakfast was lovely, as were the hosts. I had a great stay for my one night passing through Pitlochry and I would have been very keen to stay longer if I were remaining to explore the area more fully. Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient.

Hosts Karen and Gerry made you very welcomed they were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely nothing was too much bother. The accommodation was neat and tidy. The area was quiet and surrounding area is worth a visit.

A relaxing stay

Very friendly welcome by our good host Gerry, he was very sociable throughout the stay. Enjoyed the relaxation of the guest house, well appointed & the service to detail & hospitality excellent. For breakfast, a substantial continental with different inclusions & choices. Plenty of good branded tea available & biscuits. A very comfortable bed with lovely bedding. All inside areas were very clean, a truly lovely guest house. Excellent proximity to Pitlochry High Street, shops & amenities, there were many places to eat & drink at.

Would have preferred a room with a view rather than roof tops & trees.

Great location (walking distance from town centre) Very friendly hosts big enough and very clean room and bathroom free parking breakfast was good (although only available between 8:30 and 9, but that was fine for us)

Fantastic stay at a lovely B&B with delicious breakfast and lots of attention to detail

The B&B was in an ideal location, wonderfully decorated inside with clearly a lot of love and attention to detail. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extremely delicious, and prepared fresh by Karen. We greatly enjoyed the spread of cheeses, jams, fruit compote, yogurt, cereal etc. as well as the hot cooked breakfast. We enjoyed chatting to Karen and Gerry during our stay.

Convenient, walking location on main Pitlochry street. Our host were friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were more than enough & tasty.

Room size was a bit small and the shower controls fussy, but the property was generally very good. No real concerns.

A lovely peaceful and relaxing weekend.

The friendly welcome by owners Gerry and Karen and informative information on procedures to follow, the room and all accessible areas were spotless, the attention to detail to make this feel like a home from home stay, the choice and range of breakfast menu exellent all full english ingredients locally sourced, overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay would love to return again.

Can’t wait to go back to Annslea.

Was on a trip to meet a VIP member of my family. Found the Annslea which is situated on the edge of Pitlochry. Great location to the town. Two minute walk to the centre. 15 minute walk to the salmon ladder and dam. 3 minute drive to the cottage my aunt rented. Great parking at the front. Room was lovely. Clean. Coffee tea etc. nice bathroom which was minty clean. Breakfast was fabulous and the service from Emma was astounding. They have a self catering cottage at the rear which I would love to stay in on a future visit. A real gem of a place. Karen the owner was lovely to.

Superb

Very friendly hosts, always happy to spend the time to chat and give local advice. A cosy comfy guest house in an excellent location. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of continental style items followed by a hearty cooked breakfast using local produce.
