The managers were so lovely! They made sure our room was warm & easy to get into as we arrived late after being stuck in the rain with a baby. Our room was great, comfy beds. I loved the kitchen facility in our room! Made meals super easy!

Location was awesome - so close to the train which made it easy to get to the ALL Blacks game. Staff/owner was very friendly and helpful. Carparking was jammed in due to fully booked due to All Blacks game but owner made it work very well. Easy walk to main street with lots of dinner/takeaway options for quick easy meal.
Rooms were a little small but it was actually ok as we weren't staying long. They still had everything we needed.

Location.
Outdated. Not very good heating. Beds were hard. Having a timer on the shower wasn’t good. Sofa bed was marked. Not value for money.
Pretty cold. Coffee cups need to be bigger
