Not much to be honest.

Wall charger points were in NZ code so I couldn’t charge my phone or laptop. Rooms airflow were very average, heat pump unit in bad position. Restaurant food was terrible, I was only one dinning and you thought they could have made an effort. Had pad Thai and dumplings.

The property was immaculately clean.

The location wasn’t great for easy access to downtown Auckland. The parking elevator missed stopping at the lobby so we missed interacting with fabulous staff except on arrival and departure.

Perfect Staycation accomodation

Wow very Boujie for price. Hotel is only 2 years old and all the trimmings, such a great price for what felt like a 5star experince . I love the statement entrance on arrival and felt like I was in Staycay mode immediately.

For the price it wasn’t bad but the photos make it look flashy than the finishing product does.

The finishings are terrible. Paint and plastering is terrible. Feels like a really rushed and poorly done job. The rooms with the spas have no privacy as the rooms above can see right into it and make eye contact with you.

Well appointed rooms (all the mod cons), well run hotel. Very clean, very comfortable.

We had friends living near by, so this was the perfect location. Had the hire car so easy to get to nearby restaurants. Parking was also provided...was free for me.

Fancy - without the usual big price tag

Soho was great value for money accommodation for such modern and large rooms. Considering Auckland was packed to the rafters for 3 large concerts the cost was reasonable and the location great. Really lovely rooms with an extra suprise of enclosed balcomny.

We really enjoy this hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful and remember you. the restaurant is perfect for a lunch/business meeting.

If there is no buffet breakfast can be a little pricey off the menu. Floors in the rooms are always sticky (but clean) and the toilet doors often roll open!

Location was good for where we wanted to go only downfall is that it's in an industrial/residential area. Beds were super comfy & very modern

Hallway carpet in main areas need to be removed as you can't wheel your bag to room properly. Carparking was very tight and they kept closing the roller doors at night had to keep going to reception for them to come down to open it which is very annoying. We stayed for 4 nights & cleaners NEVER vacuumed the floors only cleaned room

We ordered a spa room, thinking that this would be a good relaxation after a long drive from the south, went to use it at 10pm, but we couldn’t use it, the water was dirty & there were a lot of floaties in the water. Yuck! So went to bed. Then this happened. The rooms do not have good acoustics & the tenants next door were very noisy, went on till early hours of morning. We slept with the bathroom fan on to provide white noise & drown out the noise.

The bathroom was so filthy, there were no toiletries even though advertised. The receptionist that helped with check out wasn’t even kind. She just pretty much said we can’t get a refund cause I booked through booking.com. Only reason we checked out a day early was because the room wasn’t up to standards. Ended up paying extra to go and stay at a decent place. Will never stay here
