We had an event locally so the property was ideal.

Very welcoming host, clear instructions and clean and tidy unit. Friendly old dog

Some of the houses in the street looked rough. I wouldn’t have felt safe walking in the street at night. The property was however down a right of way and felt secure and private.

Not as advertised. Was not hotel, not 2 bedrooms, not luxury, all of which were specified. There was an unrestrained, unfriendly dog there every day. The place was probably not up to code.

2x granny flats out the back of the owners house, Booked the double room, it's actually a twin single. The owner knocked on the door precisely at 10am to inquire why we were still there.

Alice house was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

There was no breakfast but the tea and coffee facilities were good, there was fresh milk and there were complimentary biscuits

Great comfortable beds, hot shower. If weather was better would had enjoyed the out door area. Was great having off street parking , and very quiet.

Unusual stay … Apart from possibly a quick glimpse of a woman on the property who may have been Alice we never got introduced to our hosts. Advertised as a double room we expected a double bed but it was actually 2 two singles. Things seemed un cared for . Dirty looking stained cracked cups in the pantry old tatty mismatched pots n crockery and outdoor furniture weathered and left soggy and unusable in the rain all made the place feel neglected and rundown

I liked that is was quiet and I felt safe in back unit double deluxe, It was super clean and we'll presented very cute and comfortable 😊 and the little heater was perfect for the room space.

I didn't like that the internet was hard to get in the double deluxe room.
