Absolutely NOTHING!!!

The fact that there is no such Hotel that exists.we followed the directions which led us to an empty building. After 2hours walking in circles we realized this was a scam!! !!BE-AWARE SCAM!! !!!DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE!!!

Cancelled our booking with only 60 minutes nefore we where due to check-in

Terrible. The hotel informed us that the room was unavailable with only 60 minutes to spare before we where due to check in leaving us stranded in Auckland with no accomodations to go to. We booked months in advance and had to find a new hotel while also trying to look after two small children at auckland airport. We where very unhappy with how this was handled with no followup to our attempt to contact the hotel, no one would answer their contact number, and there was no offer to help find alternative accomodations or offer of compensation for now having to pay double due to shortnotice booking near to christmas. If i could rate this place 0 I would. Bloody awful!!!

Location is great. Have stayed in this building 3 times before in other apartments.

The apartment was not clean at all!! Condom packet in the bedside drawer, clothes left in the cupboard. Dirt and dust everywhere, had not been cleaning thoroughly in a very long time. Rusty dirty outdoor furniture, very few kitchen amenities plates etc... Dirty ripped old couch. Stains all over the carpet. Broken cupboard doors. Mouldy bathroom. The place was a health hazard! Contacted the management and they asked me to pay them more money so they could give me a refund? Was not giving them a cent more. No other refund or compensation offered. Also found a mens wedding band under the couch, left for management to find owner.

Dirty, disgusting, over priced tired apartments that

Location was the only positive

One bedroom had wet carpet that smelt of vomit/sick, also had very dirty window sills and broken cupboards. The 2nd apartment we booked the front door you couldn’t close and when contacted the owners they said you just need to lift the door to close it, when in fact the hinges were loose, an easy fix that the owners should have fixed. I wouldn’t be booking these apartments again as the condition of these are not up to scratch

Very disappointing experience

Location is great

Apartment was extremely tired with loads of broken furniture. No wifi router, no iron on my enough hot water for 2 males to have a quick shower which was hopeless for 4 people. Very poor accomodation for the price

This host describes his apartment as ocean view. It is not. You can, however, get a tiny glimpse of water if you look through the carpark entrance from the balcony only. The host also advertises a nice coffee machine, yet fails to provide any coffee, milk or hot chocolate. OK for long stays as this will give you time to get to a supermarket, which is also a great place to buy toilet paper so you don't run out in the middle of the night! We were only provided the leftovers of one roll. Clearly not enough for a three day stay! While at the supermarket I'd highly recommend purchasing a new oven tray as the two provided still had the leftover greasy chicken from someone else's previous stay basking away in this apartment that has more stains on the curtains than a Las Vegas brothel. All in all, I was doing my best to enjoy myself at this run down ocean view apartment with no view, until Sunday night at 9:28pm when I received two phone calls and five messages from the host requesting i meet him on level four . I may have woken up on the wrong side of the bed, and needless to say, I never found out the reason for these supposedly urgent requests. I would like to give credit to the host though, he returned my bond in full, and I only had to request it several times!! Much appreciated.

Plenty of parking (wilsons) right outside the door when we arrived. Check in was easy, very clear instructions. Good sized space for our family.

The location was the best part of this property. Right in the hearty of the city the wharf

The misleading name of “Seaview” when the view is not of the sea. The big list of how you get into the property! The unsafeness of the door code which looked like the door handle wasn’t put on properly and unstable. The run down interior that was broken and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was appalling!

Overall good minus the above

Great location

Hard to find Was quite stressful with a crying baby in the car, the phone number for contact the property didn’t exist and they wouldn’t answer on the preferred messaging app what’s app. I miraculously found a message thread in booking.com while we were about to book somewhere else. Once inside the portacot was not there as requested and confirmed in the booking so we didn’t get any sleep. Then at 5am the morning after staying I was sent an email to pay the bond for the property. Was a wild ride!

Was a cheap one night stay and they were helpful with late checkout

The price was very cheap. They allowed us a late checkout which was fantastic.

It was difficult to get in to begin with. Was given a contact number to a security guard and he said nah nothing to do with me. There was no milk or anything for coffee. One of the bedrooms was really smelly unfortunately

Great location and fine for 2 people, you'll have to sleep in separate beds though!

The location is fantastic. We were granted an 11am check out, but we were gone by 9 as it wasn't comfortable for us.

The beds were the worst we'd ever slept in. The sofa bed is also diabolical. It's pretty dirty. Lots of hair and built up yuk in corners, we were left 2 tea bags. There's no human to talk to, it's all done through texts. There's no smart TV so the children were bored and would of been nice to chill out with a movie. Sofa has seen better days.

Location is amazing

The property could use a bit of love, nothing was a deal breaker but just a bit tired. Bathroom sink doesn't drain freely, kitchen cupboard and bookcase door coming off its hinges, desk and chair faulty, blinds broken, fridge is on 3 legs not 4 etc

Could have done with better maintenance. Light bulbs out, kitchen tap nearly off its mount, pretty big stains on the carpet. But nothing that was detrimental. The cleanliness of the toilet was questionable and the toilet needs urgent attention as coming off the wall. These could all be remedied easily enough.

Some of the furniture and cupboard doors were broken. Coffee and tea was not replenished as advertised. There was ice-cream in the freezer ...not ours !

Good sized space with a HUGE balcony. Really liked the location and the coffee machine! We could pay a bit extra for a late check out which was really great.

The location was perfect for meeting up with old friends in Auckland.

When the AC was turned on it smelt like fish. I did find another heater in a cupboard that I could use. Many of the lightbulbs with blown or just not there.

Great location and space, just needs a little more love.

The location was great as well as the sheer size of the apartment, the coffee machine was a nice touch.

The owners kept reminding me of the no party policy which we were not intending on doing and was reminded a few times that 24 hour security were on site. The TV was not plugged in and was difficult to find where it was connected to and there were quite a lof of broken furnishings study desk, many of the lights, the door to the entertainment cabinet and when I moved the couch to find something I dropped the floor was flithy.

The location was amazing. The apartment was very secure with an amazing viewing deck right next to the bedroom. The bedroom was very warm and great. Bed was very comfortable and everything was extremely clean.

Sufficient for a one night stay with some one that has a sense of humour

Location is fabulous!! Been at apartments in these blocks before. Great location although was witness to a police raid while wait for Uber eats, The other apartments were much nicer, this was sufficient, nothing more, the welcome Chocs and bottle of wine soothed the angst

Omg I have never sat on a couch like it… it is absolutely horrendous, literally sitting on springs…can’t tell you how bad it was… we were on time and the lovely cleaning people let us in an the bowed out.. place was clean, but I cannot understand why anyone world have a couch like that..? It’s a rare beast. The ranch sliders onto the balcony actually don’t close too well there is a gap and so the apartment is not secure It’s dated and needs some TLC starting with secure sliders and a freakin new couch… it was actually comedic, literally couldn’t believe the couch, you’d pick one up on the side of the road that’s better… Also only one key fob to access the building… two of us so should have had two accesses… It’s advertised as a two bedroom apartment but actually it isn’t as the second bedroom is only partitioned off and open at the top.

The location was excellent with easy access to the main bars and restaurants near the waterfront

We were trying to leave our bags at the room at 1pm 2 hours prior to check in. I messaged the apartment manager the day before and tried to call but no response re this request. Also, it wasn't clear which apartment entrance to use. I messaged again on the day and finally got a text response where they arranged for the cleaner to let us drop our bags 2 hours earlier than check in. I never spoke to the manager I suspect they don't speak English, hence the reason why they didn't answer their phone..it went straight to voice mail.

we booked a room with seaviews only to turn up and have no seaviews, after texting the owners they apoalgised saying it was an error, it wqas not an error, these owners own 2 apartments, 1 has a seaview and 1 does not, so if you book a seaview amnd the room with seaviews is taken they will say its an error and give you the room with no views, this is not an error but being delibrately misled by the owners, they did not rectify the situation, lightfittings without lights, fully cracked glasses not replaced, slimy gunk on the windows, the room was dusty and had not been cleaned, the sofa is a piece of garbage from the 70s, do yourself a favour and avoid this cheap room, theres reasons its so cheap.
