A beautiful, comfortable stay with a wonderful host and an incredible view.

Everything was amazing. Klaus was lovely and very accommodating. We weren’t at the house much as we were in Auckland for a concert, but he made sure we knew where everything was and that we were comfortable. The home was beautiful, and the view was absolutely stunning.

Only downside was being too rushed to enjoy breakfast — and the walk up the hill after a night out in heels was definitely a workout 😂

Couldn't recommend enough, just make sure you have a car or are willing to pay for the uber/taxi

The location was breathtaking, albeit too far from the airport, which is where we came from. Klaus was super hospitable with explanations, showing around, offering a ride to the nearby supermarket, making a wonderful breakfast, and making our stay feel as comfortable as possible. He gave good tips about the area and in general, and was overall a wonderful host.

I recall the webpage mentioning a shuttle, which was the deciding factor for us to choose this place. It might have been a glitch or mistake, but there's no shuttle offered for this place.

Beautiful renovated house with wonderful views. Very comfortable bedroom and lovely sitting areas, inside and out. Nice walks from the property (although some very steep hills) and close to Auckland.

Everything about our stay was enjoyable. It's a beautiful property - well-maintained, modern and tranquil. The location is fab (beautiful forests and ocean views), and the hospitality is excellent (welcoming and engaging). We felt perfectly pampered.

The testing unusual series of cul-de-sacs negotiated to arrive at the destination was enjoyably demanding but satisfying. Superbly presented breakfasts. Birds all around. Beautiful bush surrounds.
