When checking in I confirmed that the assigned room was handicap accessible. The attendant confirmed it was. When we took all our luggage to the room - it was not handicap accessible. Took everything back downstairs and told attendant that the room was not handicap accessible as she said. She did not apologize but did give us another room that was handicap accessible.

I can stay anywhere as long as it is clean! Hyatt Place Amarillo-West did a great job of this. Rooms were clean, hallways and lounge were as well.

I got out of there. Went to Hilton.

I left because my room was no good and I couldn't be moved because they were sold out. It took me till midnight to find another hotel.

Fix the shades so they go all the way down. Don't put a single woman on the ground floor with a bad shade that allows car park lights to shine directly into the room.

I arrived exhausted and was able to relax completely and start the next day rested and ready to go!

The room was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. We had to leave my husbands tools in the vehicle and we never once worried about them because the parking lot was well lit and the surrounding area was clean and provided peace of mind.

The best hotel stay so far on our 2 week car trip!

Great staff, great room,great evening offering of food because we were too tired from our travels to dine out. Hyatt Place makes a great little pizza! We extended our stay a day and visited Paro Duro Canyon, only 30 minutes from the hotel.

The hallway on third floor was so humid and smelled extremely like dogs and or dog hair which wasn't pleasant at all as I am allergic to dogs.

Poor quality. False advertising by booking

The breakfast on booking.com was advertised as free. The hotels said bt4akfast was $8 a person. I will likely never use booking.com again because of listing this incorrectly. It was one of the top reasons we chose to stay at the property.

The facilities are new with a heated pool and comfortable beds

They dont clean the rooms properly. I had to ask to have my bathroom clean and sanitized. Also had to ask to have sheets changed. They haven’t properly swept or mopped that room yet it’s a hotel that takes pets! COVID is an issue in Texas I couldn’t believe they weren’t more careful about cleanliness!
