Location. Breakfast room staff on Friday was wonderful. The property was quiet and they accommodated a leg injury and gave me a first floor room. Friendly and thorough housekeepers.

My ac wasn’t working properly and the shower head could use replacing . The staff was nice, but would be even better if they would inform guests what amenities the guest could benefit from during their stay, when checking in.

It was restful and quiet but not adequate without a shower

It was clean. Comfortable bed. Large room Bath was very very small…. and could not shower as curtain was not long enough to keep water from getting All over the floor The front desk not the most welcoming or didn’t care we had issue not being able to shower because of short shower curtain. Rod was a curved add on to a very small shower enclosure.

Will not be saying again because of the fact of the Pavo

The property was nice the night lady was nice the day lady not so nice. All she did was call people complain about the dog barking telling us we couldn’t leave our dogs in the crate to go eat supper, but that’s not even the worst part of it.

The fact that my puppy caught Pavo at this hotel because it was no other place, but there so whether or not my puppy survive this I hope so vet bills in pain and suffering later I hope so. You need to disinfect these rooms before somebody else’s dog gets it because it doesn’t matter if they’re vaccinated or not, they could still catch it.

Betty the cleaning person did an excellent job of cleaning the room for my stay. Everything was clean and perfect. The check in is always easy. I have stayed here many times and it has always been perfect!

Beautiful place to stay

Close to the freeway, but not noisy. Lobby is beautiful and makes a great 1st impression. Staff members all helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful! Loved the separate sitting area for watching TV after others were in bed. Breakfast looked & smelled amazing, but we didn't have time to stay.

The outside was cute

The staff didn’t even say hello, the looked at us and said ID and Credit card, checked us in and pointed to the elevator. The he room smelled so musty and old, the room was old and so out dated. The bathroom was TINY, the couch was so dirty I put a blanket over it before I sat on it, the room felt “wet” and it was pretty run down. Parking lot needs to be repaved, tripped twice! Will not stay here again.

We've stayed there before. It's an older facility - at least looks like it- but that also makes it unique. The Ladies at the reception were super nice and helpful. Room was god for a night and clean. Breakfast was normal American. Nothing special but okay. I guess we'll stay again if we go through Amarillo.

The carpet and furniture were clean, but old. Why are places still using carpet? Breakfast wasn’t great. There was one waffle maker and the place was crowded. The eggs looked like powdered eggs and there was a puddle of liquid under them. Sausage and potatoes looked ok. Bananas were good and individual peanut butter packets provided.
