Definitely would recommend this property. Probably get breakfast elsewhere.

Renovated nicely. Beautiful room that included a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and 2-burner cooktop. Little table and ample room for guests with kids. Nicely appointed. Clean. Well attended.

Breakfast was poor. That’s the only reason it didn’t get a 10. Very weak and Luke-warm coffee. Eggs and other items that should have been warm were also cold. Gravy for biscuits was extremely watery. No fruit to speak of.

A great suite to rest in after a long day of driving.

We enjoyed the suite as well as the full size refrigerator. We travel with an ice chest and ice packs and having a freezer to refreeze the ice packs was fantastic.

It was not a big problem, but we could hear some noise of people walking on the floor above us. However, it was much less than some of the other places that we have stayed.

Excellent breakfast, nice rooms, afternoon/evening staff on 8/22& 23 was personable, funny and efficient. Water bottle and ice was nice.

An all around great stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The junior suite was spacious and had everything I could want, including a stovetop. This location had two guest laundries, not mentioned on the web site, which was great since I was planning to drive to a laundromat. I managed to clean my clothes very easily at the hotel.

The hose on the shower head for the accessible tub could have been a little longer.

We had a perfect stay!

Really loved the hours of breakfast and for checkout and everyone was incredibly kind!

The floors were pretty creaky, we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around late at night.

1. Encounter almost 10 bed bug bites during overnight stay. Was asked to show the staff of the bites during check out; 2. Very very low shower volume 3. Rather thin bath towels , not fluffy at all

Nice room, very clean and comfortable!

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. We loved having the little kitchenette, and the bathroom was spacious and nice. The bed was a little hard for our liking but that's just personal preference so not anything the hotel could really fix. We would stay again!

Nothing to brag about

The room seemed clean.

When arrived the lady at the front desk was rude, then we paid for the dog and at 6pm was called stating the dog was barking not even 10 minutes later got another call stating people are asking to move rooms because of the dog. If it is a dog friendly hotel people should understand a dog with bark if they hear something outside of the room or dont allow dogs there. The lady who called was also super rude to the point if it weren't for my family also staying there we would have left and then disputed the charges.

Other than the lady at the fron desk, MB, our stay was good. She needs some coaching and developing.

Location and facility was clean and quiet. The pool was a little dirty alot of bugs in it. My kids didn't swim very long due to all the bugs

The lady at the front desk her name was MB, she was rude to me and the Booking.com people. She made getting my reservation modified more complicated than it had to be. She also allowed customers to wait in line and the Jaime girl had to do all the check ins because MB was too concerned about getting her closing work done to go home, than helping customers. Even when I called before getting to the hotel she was rude and short with me on the phone. She wanted the booking.com person to do what she said and if he didn't she said she wasn't going to accommodate ME. Did you hear what I said. she told the Booking.com guy that he has to do it the way she says or she wasn't going to modify my reservation. So basically she was punishing me and my kids because the Booking.com guy wouldn't do what SHE said. It was so bad that another customer in line asked Jaime, the front desk girl, what he could do to help me get a room. Now you know it was bad when a customer standing in line is willing to do what HE can do to help me and my kids get a room, but your employee would NOT. She definitely needs to be reminded it's not about her ego it's about the customer and that ALL customers should be taken care as priority over her closing work.

Everything considered, I would stay at this hotel again when in Amarillo.

Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Room was good size.

We needed additional towels. Only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels in the room. Bed was harder than I prefer with bottom sheet that was too small..I had to keep putting the bottom sheet back on the mattress every time I got up.

Awful

Staff were very rude. We arrived at 11pm and the front desk girl asked if I was checking in then ignored me for 10 mins. I then asked if there was a problem and she said the computers were down. Well would have been professional to relay that information as more guests started to arrive. Then another desk lady came and had an attitude. When i eventually got my room it was not the one i booked and was told it was because I had booked it through a third party. Well this has NEVER happened before. Was given the keys and told “ I could go”. After driving 12 hours and just wanting to sleep to be treated this way by a Hilton property is disgraceful. Will never stay at another home wood suites again. I will be filing a complaint if I was charged more for the room they “gave me”. And not the room i had already booked and paid for.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Easy to find on the I-40 service road. No road noise on the north side of the building. WiFi was adequate.

WiFi could certainly be better. After slow loading I ran speed test which showed less than 10mbps. Adequate but not great.

I would like it a lot better if someone would take care of my refund.

I did not get a chance to try the breakfast. It started at 7 am and I had somewhere to be earlier than that.

I was double charged and it has been a week and I still have not seen my refund. And the staff was rude at the time and on the phone about it later.

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They allowed us to park our motorbike at the door for security. The room was incredible with separate bedroom for an exceptional rate. Breakfast was great.
