It felt like a real shake down

Room was mostly clean

Business model seems very predatory to me. "Pet Friendly" means paying an additional (surprise!) $57.00 per night in addition to my prepaid room rate. Housekeeping is an additional fee, cooking utensils is an additional fee, WIFI that actually works is an additional fee and on and on. Stove did not work at all, microwave was dirty. Large, stern man stood behind front desk clerk with arms folded like a henchman. Not a good experience.

We had an issue with our booking and thankfully the staff that night was really nice and helpful!

We had an issue with checking in even though I called in advance that I was going to check in late. The bedroom was fine but the mattress had hairs on it. We were so tired we didn’t complain but it looked like pet hair or black short hairs.

I booked a king and got a queen, the elevator didn’t work so I didn’t say anything about the bed due to having to change rooms. The paint was peeling in bathroom. Bed was very hard.

From the first day the Front Staff said the Elevator will get fixed. they would turn it OFF all day.

Elevator broken and room was on the third floor. No coffee from morning breakfast bar, went down about 8 am. Check in staff rude and morning staff complained about what she had to do but failed to get coffee. Waited for 15 minutes.

Elevator was broken with no warning and we were on the 3rd floor with a baby. And “breakfast” was just packaged bars.

Location is ok

There's not enough room to express how awful my experience was at the front desk. The elevator is out & the staff was extremely rude. When I asked for the corporate number they threatened to call the police and cancelled my room. One staff member even ran after my car as we were peacefully leaving property. Crazy!!!!!

It’s…. Run down. Old and dingy. Not well cleaned or maintained. Outside doors didn’t close, so very vulnerable to entry. Most of the time, i only saw 1, a few times 2 people on staff. Not good.

For the price I paid, it was well worth the money.

Room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. The refrigerator, microwave and stove worked. The bed was comfortable. I was offered a full refund when I checked in due to the elevator being out of service. While I was a bit annoyed at having to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, I understand that these things happen all the time and it wasn't that big of a deal.

The elevator was out of order and my room was on the third floor. The kitchenette didn't have any paper towels.

Room has a kitchen. Daniel at front desk very friendly and helpful despite tvs not working and elevator not working.

TV not working in whole hotel, elevator not working. Lots of trash in landscaping around front door. The coffee pot and toaster I got from front desk hadn’t been cleaned. Desk chair seat in room too dirty to sit on, had to cover it with a towel.

The location was very convenient

Just about everything. The kitchen had no supplies other than a single dish rag. I asked for some dishes and was told they did not have any to give me. I had to go buy a bowl and some silverware as I just purchased food that I had no way to eat. I asked for a coffee pot and then had to ask for a mug but they didn’t even have a spoon. The front desk was seldom staffed. There was always a sign they would return shortly posted. My key kept having to be reprogrammed, the staff was unprofessional and very apathetic. The pillows were awful they were not really pillows more like lumps stuffed into a pillow case.

I must admit that I was not entirely satisfied with the staff's professionalism. Upon my arrival, I noticed them engaged in a casual chat in the parking area, and as I entered the establishment, they followed suit without offering a greeting. Moreover, the front office person did not provide all the necessary information I needed during check-in. The breakfast, which was included in my stay, was quite disappointing, offering only cereals, muffins, coffee, and tea. As a result, I decided to forgo breakfast altogether and left without partaking in the meal.

The incredibly rude front desk lady was wearing a “Twin Peaks”lanyard. That is so inappropriate. We booked two rooms and they both had foul odors. there are several different hotels in the area well worth an extra $50.

No thanks, other places around

Reserved online, a room with a King bed. When I arrived was told it wasn’t available. I was told the pet fee was going to be waived for the inconvenience. The toilet in my room didn’t want to flush by morning the bathroom floor was soaked as the tanked leaked out. When I went to check out, I wasn’t given and credit for the pet fee. No manager on site at that time. Was told a manager would contact and no one did.
