Aside from the breakfast, everything else was good. With some improvement in the morning food option

I had a pleasant stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Amarillo West. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were tidy and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby roads and restaurants.

The only disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast. The options were very limited, and several items were unavailable. For example, the juice machine was present but not dispensing juice, and there were very few choices overall—especially for vegetarian guests.

We had a room with a couch bed. Had to go ask for sheets and a blanket for it. They would not give us pillows. I asked why not and she said “there are six pillows in the room, y’all can share.”

I don’t recommend this hotel until they make repairs

Fairly clean, modern

Deadbolt on door was misaligned, and very difficult to lock. The concierge said it was a known issue, and maintenance hadn’t fixed it yet. We asked 2 different concierges, over several days, and it was ignored. This was a safety issue, and should have been fixed before we arrived. They were hesitant to give us a different room, and we stayed because it had handicap amenities that my husband needed.

I booked through bringfido.com and was pleased that the hotel rates were low because the pet fee was $35 (a little higThh.) The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was free, which is always a plus.

There's no place to walk the dog but luckily the places next door had enough grass, so we walked over there. Not a huge incovenience.

Very nice and welcoming.

The construction of the hotel is poor. There is a large gap that the top of the door and hole at the side of the light switch and power plug in. Also some of the power plugs didn’t work. Nothing that the hotel did wrong. Who ever did the construction of the building did not care and did a poor job. I have stayed before when it first opened and the tub had rust in it from the construction. There where a few stains on the carpet but that was the only thing.

The hotel appeared to be very new and the design was inviting. Beds were comfy, room was quiet. Breakfast was good.

The only ice machine appeared to be on the first floor (our room was the 4th floor).

The staff were very kind and helpful. The facility is new. Location was great for us, close to several places to eat. Beds were great.

The breakfast was lacking, coffee was lukewarm and weak. There were very few healthy options. The water pressure was poor in the shower and the water didn’t drain well and filled up the tub.

Hard to find yet a beautiful motel

Beautiful place, almost new.

Hard to find. No signage but we found it. Poor breakfast staff meant subpar experience by whoever worked breakfast—never checking on what was running low or out. Needs training. Beautiful motel staffed by people that need customer service training. Parking is very tight and spots are small.

Great stay for the price

It was very clean and comfortable. Room had good amenities and was a great value. Nicely updated with plenty of outlets for charging multiple devices and the smart TV was accessible for using streaming devices.

Was not as easy to access the hotel from the highway and lack of parking spaces. Breakfast was okay but not great.

Stopped on the way to Arizona and stayed again on our way back home to PA. We highly recommend Microtel West, Amarillo,

Brand new Microtel with easy on/off access to the interstate. Accommodating, clean and fresh hotel with a delicious breakfast. Diana did everything to make our stay the best it could be. Mr. Patel, the owner, is very attentive to his patrons.
