Room had a mold/mildew smell in the bathroom. My daughter told me she was dizzy after a shower and she woke up with an headache the next day.

I called before making a reservation to make sure that is not a deposit or something needed that I did not have. At the time of check-in I’m told that the girls knew if she’s waiting on her manager before she checks me in. We waited at least 10 minutes if not more and then a lady walks up and she is dressed in a neon orange hoodie and her hair pull up on top of her head. I assume that she is a construction worker or works for the highway department or something but no, she is a manager. She doesn’t introduce herself to me or welcome me or anything she said did you get her ID? I put it back out of my phone that I said she has it would actually look at it again shook down at it and says you’re from Plainview and I said yes and she said that’s only 75 miles away you be considered a local you’re gonna need a major credit card for incidentals. Then she said what are you doing here? Why are you here? Who are you seeing in this town, why would you need to say that if you only live 75 miles away. She said that she wouldn’t explained to me how stay hotels work. From that moment on I was taught down to she was called as sending to me. She was short and snappy with me. She took it with her hands in this hoodie, talking down to me. From the way she treated me the way she was dressed to the way she carried herself. It’s hard for you to believe that that is how Wyndham what’s the represent. I would never want my friends or family at this hotel, or any micro inn and suite

The heat did not work. After considerable fuss i was moved to a different room. Also without heat. The "receptionists" just shrugged and rolled their eyes. They knew that functioning rooms were no longer available. Bad experience on a cold, deadful night. They should give a refund. I wont be back to get ripped off again.

The hotel is nice the breakfast was terrible, worst ever, had cerreal but no milk, no juice, they had syrup but no waffles, They bagels but no cream cheese or anything to put on them and thier coffee tasted old like if it was from the day before,

The rooms were nice for one night stay. The walls were thin and they people in the room beside us were having a party. Not the hotel fault, and as soon as I called the front desk to let them know they called the room next door and it was better. It was a pretty new hotel and pretty clean.

Pros: clean and the staff were very friendly Cons: the breakfast was basic and almost completely gone by the time I went down. THE WALLS ARE THIN. My neighbor kept me up until 2 am with his blaring tv and loud talking/yelling/singing. The fire alarm went off randomly at night. I dashed out of bed only for it to stop shortly after. Don’t know what that was about. I got horrible sleep and will probably not stay here again, only because I can’t rely on having quiet neighbors.

The hotel and room was very clean. Bedding very comfortable. Easy parking and very well lit. Breakfast was okay, but no syrup for the waffles. The butter was too cold to even spread on the toast. The worst thing was at 8:30 am this morning while coming back to our room from breakfast, we received an email wanting to know what time we would be checking out. That was a first. Other than that and breakfast, we did enjoy our stay.

Hall signage gives arrow to room 205 in wrong direction. I guess it would take too much effort to tape a temporary/handmade correction while you wait for correct permanent replacement. Our room wreaked of mens cologne upon arrival. We told woman at the desk & all she did was apologize. No suggestion of moving rooms. We turned on furnace & left for dinner. Room was better upon second entry. Carpet had stains. Found handprints on doors & cup rings on nightstands. Bed creaked & decor reminded us of Kinder Care. Either use of harsh detergent on bedding is used or sheets are high poly blend as they were rough on my skin. Not comfortable at all. Elevators were dirty. Dirty floors & hand prints all over. Partially dead plant at entry. There’s a multitude of hotel choices in the area. We’ll be checking this one off our list.

Just a quick overnight stay after a concert. Bathroom and beds seemed clean, there was debris under the desk that was not vacuumed properly. (like an actual wad of tape) Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Our room was especially nice, with great layout, allowing for places to strech out besides the beds. Simple extra touches, such as night light in bathroom, plenty of charging stations, good quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was basic but decent. Distinctive conenporary feel, and nearly new Condition.

This is a fairly new property within a fastly growing area..Hotel..stay..amenities..staff..safety..were all great..I think there was maybe an issue with the water taking awhile to get hot for some reason but was not an issue that we couldn't live with..
