They only knocked once to see if we where staying or checking out.
They didn't give me back my deposit back saying I never gave them one,then I tried to get a soda out of the soad machine They couldn't tell me or show me how to work it .I asked if they had a laundry room to use ,they did it kept my blanket, and no one would help me try and get it back.I would not recommend it to bumb on the street.

Nothing- we had to leave early
Room was unclean (mostly bathroom) and the room was so heavily smelled like smoke we all got headaches and developed a cough. Had to leave in the middle of the night.

It was an old motel 6, not a typical Laquinta
It was so dirty on the outside, you know the floors are filthy by the bottoms of your feet after walking through a couple times

Well first off the room they first put us in had no sink, poop stains in the toilet and bathtub, the door didn’t close, and blood stains on our bed. The next room had a suspicious stain above the bed and a massive hole in the closet DO NOT STAY HERE

That it was close to the freeway a by a whaffle house
The tub was dirty a leaking, toilet was not clean, It was very cold in the room due to the heat not working. I paid for the room twice. I got locked due to the door not closing no all the way. The bed was also dirty with stains

The staff was wonderful, as was the location--at least, I knew in advance what I was getting into.
There were numerous obvious rebuilding/updating going on. When I entered the room, it was beautiful--a lovely bed decor with solid floor rather than dirty carpet.
However . . .
When I got into the details, things were less than beautiful. The commode leaked (I reported this), the shower "plunger" (that turned the shower on) did NOT work, or at least I never got it to pull up or push down. Since the commode was already leaking, that was probably for the best. I failed to mention that. There were also lots of incidental minor cosmetic issues that should have been addressed by the contractor's investigator before the room was approved for rental. The most irritating was that the accent wall was yellow--which casts every part of the room into yellow, impossible to see the difference between colors OR to be able to adequately light the room.
The most irritating of all was a bit more than cosmetic--there were no plugs beside the bed--either side. That meant I could not charge my phone and read or adequately use it as my alarm.
Then, there was the fact that I was on a very end room on the 2nd floor--at the very back of the motel. Now, I was alone, in my 70s, and had an appointment that meant I'd get back to the room anywhere from 10 p.m. - 2 a.m., but had no way of knowing how long it would take. I could have made a big deal out of it but didn't, but I just didn't feel totally safe. The locks INSIDE the room were fine--but outside, I doubt I could have gotten help at midnight. Coincidentally, a nice lady was walking her VERY LARGE mastiff as I started up the stairs. Him, I'd trust.

The receptionist.
The sticky floors, the holes in the sheets, no drain cover in the sink, the worn out toilet, forever to get hot water, no inside access to the room, rundown and unsafe stairs, the safety lock on the door was broken, should we go on?

Absolutely nothing
We were only there for 10 minutes. We checked in my card was charged more than they told me. I had to question what all the charges were for and explain that they should have told me before running my card like that. Then we were attacked by a dog trying to get to our room and called derogatory names because we were white women by people who lived in the motel. We immediately went to check out and find somewhere else to stay and requested a refund. We're on the fifth day. I'm still trying to get the refund and they have charged my card more so instead of the original $300. I am currently out $550 and still fighting with them to get my money back. Do not trust these people. It is an unsafe place to stay and they did not take my complaints seriously and have cost me more money from the fraudulent charges. They keep putting on my card and we had to go book another room

Nothing it was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 59 yrs if traveling
The room was filthy the bath tub & toilet was filthy there was broken glass on floor in which I cut my foot getting out of the bed! The dust build up on the furniture was overwhelming to my allergies one of the pillow cases had food or something stuck to it I took it down to front desk where Cyndrella was working & she told me there was no clean pillow cases to give to accomadate me! My entire experience at this particularly hotel was beyond horrible! I would like a refund or a night stay at a different Wyndham hotel in Phoenix AZ which is my final destination Thank You for your time & attention in this unfortunate matter. The only thing I liked was the location of this La Quinta.
The breakfast options were not great. I am used to seeing more cereal options like packaged oatmeal or already made oatmeal. The bread to make toast was old. No fruit options. The waffle maker did not work properly for my brother. The timer was not working and we had to watch it to make sure the waffle did not burn. Did not get much sleep with the noise going on out in the parking lot. Someone kept revving up their motorcycle. A bunch of guys kept running up and down the stairs outside my room and they must have had a room above me cause there was a lot of walking around.

Most lights didn’t work, plug pulled out of wall. Shower doors dirty, ceiling in shower coming down. Baseboard in bathroom coming off. Soap dispenser didn’t work.

The location was the only thing
The rooms were filthy. Stains on the bedding. Toilet would stop up. Locks on the door in both of my rooms were broken. Mold in the ceiling from an apparent leak in the roof. The stairs going to second floor some were broken. The pool was not open. Breakfast was bad and stains on some of the equipment. Bugs kept coming in the room because of crack in the doors. There was a letter in the rooms saying if staying more than one night the same towels would need to be used for 3 days. This was the worst Wyndham hotel I have ever stayed in. Shower curtain was gross! Broken coffee pots. Extremely disappointed

The value was good, and the staff was accommodating.
The location was not ideal. Too busy and loud. The deadbolt on the door locked, but the safety latch was broken. The bathroom floor had not been mopped. The bathtub was dirty and had footprints all over it.

The staff was super nice and friendly
I tried taking my son a bath and couldn't get the water hot, so I called the front desk to ask if the water just took long to get hot or it just didn't work and they said they were gonna send someone down to look at it. And they never came. It was getting late. So my son had to take a cold bath and they still never came to check or even call back

The bed was comfortable.
There were roaches in our room. We had a dirty bath towel hanging as a clean one. It was filthy with what appeared to be mold wiped from the bathtub/shower grout. When we showed the manager, who was outside smoking in front of the entrance, she showed no concern and did not apologize.

The grounds were nasty and very run down. The shower was dirty with pubic hair in it. The room stunk. There was a pool but it was empty and an eye sore. Gas cans in the fenced in pool area. By far this is the worst Laquinta we have ever stayed in.

Worst experience ever and very disappointed with this La Quinta. I booked two rooms with friends. I should have considered the previous reviews better. I have been to many budget friendly hotels and they were all good but this wasn’t. This wasn’t even cheap. To begin with, it had an empty pool which was the main reason I picked this hotel, so we couldn’t use. The A/C was very loud and of course the room was unclean with dirty towels, stained bedsheets, hair everywhere, floors dirty, rusty bathroom and ceiling, no security lock on the door and the door had gaps (not closing properly), dirty left fridge, and no available plugs on both sides of the beds to charge our phones during the night. Soap dispenser didn’t work and something was wrong with the shower (my husband couldn’t properly take a shower).
There was nothing for breakfast other than cereal with no milk filled up, apples, and waffle with nothing to eat with, so I couldn’t even had cereal and my whole family couldn’t eat breakfast which was another reason to pick this hotel. Also, there is no lobby. You have to walk on the outside to go to your room; no hallway inside the hotel. Everything I touched had an issue. There is probably more that I forgot to share.
Nothing is updated in this hotel. Doesn’t worth the money which I honestly paid a lot cause I couldn’t even had breakfast and had to find options outside. Will never come again. I don’t know how they gave us the worst room. The only good thing was the friendly staff women who checked us in and greeted us in the morning. They did their best to greet everyone and be nice.

I didn’t like anything about the property
I didn’t like the fact that I got charged for a late checkout on the same day I needed a late check out. I heard loud knocking on my room door around 5am in the morning and I was scared to answer because housekeepers don’t be up that early looking for services .

The room was filthy. The coach that the pull out was in was stained and gross. The bathroom was not good either. It looked like there was chewed gum in the shower drain. Very upsetting especially for the price!! Four families left while we were checking in bc it was so bad.

Cleanliness. Cleanliness. Cleanliness. This property was dirty from the inside out. Eww. Gross. Seriously- nasty. The staff brought their children to work. The pictures speak for themselves.
We drove in really late Friday June 27th. The accommodations for late checkin was great!
But that's probably all that was great. The rooms smelled weird. There were stains on the sheets. Stains and marker on the walls, door, and windows sill. The appliances were gross. I didn't even trust them enough to open them. Nasty. The bathtub literally hasn't seen a day of bleach in this decade. The hairdryer was caked with someone else's hair. Insert vomit emoji. The sheets were stained and inside out. The Ac was nice and cold but had an odor. The office tenants were very cordial. But it was an interesting sight to see both when we came in and when we left, the "maid" was a male who was pushing the linen cart and closely following behind was a woman and a baby in a stroller. Not very professional if you ask me. I mean- im not allowed to take my child to work with me.

The desk clerk was nice
The pool was closed due to needing repairs. And no one notified us about the pool before arrival. Too much night traffic. Only one ice machine worked. Rooms needed painted and walls cleaned. No cold water in bathroom room sink. The a/c smelled musky. The exterior property was in poor condition.

I paid online for this room and they charged me again when I arrived and I was told the charge will fall off The staff the property the room we were switched rooms twice the Bathroom was disgusting duck taped remote tv don’t work needed to call then phone stopped working staff started power washing the pool at 8:30 pm when we had just laid down to rest after a long day o traveling

Close to interstate
Very noisy all night. Dogs barking and people just roaming around being loud all night. Breakfast you can get a waffle, some egg blend and something orange drink ish with coffee. Surprised this was La Quinta branded.
