If I will go back to Amarillo, most probably I will go back there

Overall very good, Amenities : swimming pool and jacuzzi works. Basic breakfast, but its do the job. Cheap price for period that we went : the end of the year celebration.

Jacuzzi situation ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! Told at check-in that entrance was 8 am --- sign clearly states 10 am - 10 pm --- able to access facilities, but to no avail. Pump was not functioning properly --- AND apparently no maintenance personnel shows up 'til 10 am. Booked y'all due to indoor JACUZZI. Really needed it after 12 hours in a cramped car.

Will not be staying again.

Fist this hotel is rated an 8.1 and I don’t know how. The rooms was so tight, and dirty at that. We stayed in room 106. There were stains all over the lamp shades and curtains. The tub was stained like it had not been cleaned properly. The alarm clock was a charger for the oldest iPod ever. We had the privacy button light on so it would not be entered into and they still came in and changed our towels. The breakfast was so limited. Waffles, bananas, cold sausage and scrambled eggs. Carpet was wet in the room when we first got there. Gym equipment was broken. And the pool room smelled absolutely horrendous. There was no ventilation in the pool room. Definitely will not be staying in a hotel owned by this company again.

Location

Had to clean semen off the leather skirt side of the bed. Shower floor wasn’t clean. Room needed to be vacuumed. Toilet paper didn’t have the ends folded like a triangle. This made me think the room had not been cleaned. There was a clump of foam on the wall of the shower. It was the size of a golf ball. Shower curtain was too short. We didn’t ask for a different room because it was 1;00 am.

Nice hotel, but not nice when I checked out

Location was fine. Quiet.

I had to check out a day early due to my wife dad passing. Very frustrating that I was told I will not be credited or reimburse a night. Not to mention I'm waiting for a $20 refund for the key cards to my room. The best thing about the breakfast was the pancakes. Eggs were watered down.

Disappointing overall!

The rate was very good and the employees are very accommodating.

The phone didn’t work The entry light did not work The refrigerator was unplugged so not cold They stored my food, but could not find it the next day. It was an expensive meal for us, about $40, (Sweet and Sour shrimp and pork)but we were not hungry. We had snacks so decided to save it till the next day. I was not going to complain until they lost my food. I asked for a discount on my rate and they said next time, but I don’t know if there will be a next time.

The room was nice and clean. Air conditioner worked really well and the room temperature was comfortable from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was good- eggs, potatoes, waffles, yogurt and a variety of breads.

I brought two miniature dachshunds, they charged me $60.00 for one night with the dogs.

The room had not been cleaned. Shower light was burned out. Refrigerator was broken. Supplies were not there. Shower floor was dangerous because of soap buildup. Doors were filthy.

Not the worst

The young lady checking me in was fantastic. It was late at night and she was so kind. The room was clean, but it smelled super stale and musty.

The smell of the room was really bad. The hotel was hard to get to if you are going west on 40. Hated the propaganda playing in the breakfast area in the morning.

For the price, I guess it was okay

The bed was comfortable enough. There didn’t seem to be very many people staying at the hotel.

The check-in staff was not very helpful, gave very minimal information and did not seem like they wanted to be bothered to check us in. The room was not very clean, even though we booked after check in time and arrived late. The toilet paper was used and touching the floor, the do not disturb sign was on the floor and the bedding looked like someone had sat on it. Water temperature knob was reversed, shower products were hard to get out of the bottle to use, water pressure was quite low, and the curtain wouldn’t stay closed so water went everywhere. Luckily we had extra towels to clean it up. The parking situation was also bad. There was not any lighting in the parking behind the building and the small lot in front of the building was full. We parked in the Outback Steakhouse parking lot that shares lot space with the hotel because it was lit. Breakfast was all breads. Bagels, waffles, toast, muffins. The only items that weren’t bread were yogurt, eggs and potatoes.

The bathroom was a walk in shower and the king size bed was so comfortable.

The breakfast was very sad. I would recommend eat breakfast elsewhere.
