We don’t have a jacuzzi at home, can you believe that?

There’s a jacuzzi room. You’re not allowed to book it because it’s mine, I mean you can try but I farted in it so. I pretty much adopted a personality after soaking in it and wear sunglasses inside now. It’s who I am now

The staff was weird about giving us extra pillows and towels. The pillows are very small and the jacuzzi room only had two towels which is not enough. I’m not trying to get judged for my jacuzzi habits there’s worse things I could do with my time like cocaine in a normal bathtub.

It had carpeted floors. Ac was easy to control. It smelled nice. Everything was clean. The shampoo and conditioner smelled nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was adequate. The coffee was exceptional good, better than most other hotels. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were a lot later than we expected. The night clerk was calm and patient. Thank you to her.

Even though the property was older, the staff was terrific!!

Front counter staff was terrific and checked us in fast. Breakfast was really great and got full size yogurt’s instead of the small ones.

Nice on the outside, but not to clean on the inside.

We stayed three nights, the second morning we woke up to what the staff called baby ants, although the staff said they seem to be, but again were not sure. Yes they offered us a new room and were very nice about it. We couldn't forget the fact that we had bugs in our beds and honestly it ruined our entire trip and stay. Hard to get that out of your mind, wondering what those little creatures could be. Before going home we found a huge dumpster and throughout everything we had taken with us, so we weren't taking any chances on bringing those things in our home.

Maybe the extermination process should be a little more thorough.

The bathroom was nothing to write home about. The sink stopper was leaking and the toilet flapper leaked water continuously into the bowl. This hotel needs a punch list for all items and a plan to fix everything in a timely manner. This hotel gave minimum space to the bathroom with the door almost hitting the toilet when opened. There was a sink outside the bathroom, which was an unexpected plus.

Very enjoyable

Loved the spa garden tub in my room. I also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. They were both perfect temps. Breakfast was a great selection.

Even though there are many little pillows on the king size bed I believe a more comfortable choice would be bigger fuller pillows instead of the little ones.

Beds were uncomfortable. Sheets would not stay on the bed. In exercise room the treadmill was broken. Tv remote would not work unless you stood in front of the tv.

The location was convenient, breakfast was satisfying, and the pool was amazing.

The elevator was in terrible condition, it jolted unexpectedly and nearly gave my kids a heart attack. The room was not clean; the carpet was dirty, the bed was poorly made, and the sofa was filthy and itchy to sit on. The front desk staff was not helpful or friendly. I asked for a larger room due to having two kids with me and was willing to pay extra, but was told to stick with my original booking. The lobby had a strong, unpleasant odor. We ended up staying only one night instead of two.

The manager on duty was very nice . I had made a mistake when I booked the room, needed a 2 beds room and had accidentally booked a king. He changed it for me immediately. The room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows were of good quality.
