a decent place to lay your head when on the road.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, Housekeeping was honest and concerned with approval.

hot water seemed to be a hit or miss the water heater must be to small to supply all the rooms it is supplying.

All in all this has been a descent experience so far

I like that I Pay and Stay which to means the guests are not micromanaged. They know I have three ESA Animals and although this motel doesn't recognize animals they are ADA Service Animals. I have literally called before advised motels of how many and that I have all documents. They promised me all was good to get their and be yelled at. Argued with and told that so and so employee did not tell me yada to which they absolutely did multiple times. I've been harassed and more.

The fact that I don't have a vehicle and there is no laundry option does not accommodate my needs. The pool has been down for over a month and it's heated so that's a real bummer.

My blanket had ugly oily stains in it. The walls are so thin I could hear the guy in the next room snoring so I did not sleep all night. It’s a bit ran down and didn’t look like the pictures. Parking lot is full of bikes and the girl working at check in was NOT friendly.

Breakfast was a joke. The coffee was cold There wasn't any pancake batter. No bananas. Our room was ugly and full of incomplete repairs. The property is old and too far gone to fix.

It was a bed to sleep in for the night

I liked the very friendly counter gal! She was having some tech issues and was extremely helpful and friendly. Luckily we only needed to sleep for a few hours before getting back on the road.

The rooms are extremely dirty, they need a deep clean throughout and the shower floor needs fixing, felt like the tub was going to fall through the floor. Couldn’t get any hot water.

The rooms were disgusting, the hallways leading to the rooms were disgusting. Grimey and nasty all the way around. The shower had soap scum all over it and the shower head. I’m surprised I didn’t get Gout just walking barefoot

The price was attractive and its location isn’t bad

You get what you pay for I guess. It wasn’t clean, the door lock for the bathroom was broken, the pool water was gross, there is no guest laundry, and the continental breakfast don’t have many options.

Booked two rooms pretty sure neither were cleaned crumbs and food trails from one room to the other. Random wet? Spot on the floor that never dried. Late night needed to stay so its what it was. Advised the morning clerk who could look us even in the eye for a conversation. Next time I would stay a bit outside the city. If it was a clean room 10..10...10 across the board.

Will never stay at this place or any quality inn again.

Highly dot recommend roaches, the rooms are run down the floor had dips where they had covered the holes. Not very clean doesn’t look like it had been deep cleaned in a while. The mattresses were old and so out of shape you could aww all the worn areas and the middle of the mattress was practically touching the ground. The doors to walk into the building to get to the rooms was so damaged it would not open or close the way jt should no anyone could get in without permission. Guest safety and security were definitely not a standard here. And very little supplies as far as toilet paper and towels. From the get go. Our family booked multiple rooms and one room was so bad it made your head hurt and was dirty with significant damage to the wall a huge hole. Had to be moved to another room it’s like no one checked this room after it was supposed to be cleaned.

Sadly, I don't believe know how to operate a Choice Brand Hotel. Corporate needs to investigate the safety of the pool & how the handicap rooms are non functional. They did not provide the normal Continental breakfast. There was zero options for a diabetic on the menu. Muffins & waffles were the only thing guaranteed to be there. I also had $100 even stolen from my debit card my first night there. Do not use this location, they refused to make the theft right. Staying with them has left me in a precarious financial situation. Also I threw up every time I drank the juice or coffee. The water line was full of bleach.

Management was rude & you could not talk to them. Also the concierge services was locked up & I was treated like a criminal for wanting bottled water from it. The manager charged my card & took cash. Another worker stated it was free. Something isn't right at that place. The headboards were filthy! The smell of fabulouso was nauseating. One of the worst stays I have ever had in my life.

It was overall quiet for the location. Staff were attentive.

Tons of gnats on the curtains. Ice machines didn’t work. No freezer in mini fridge. Room was a bit rundown. Breakfast ended at 9 on a weekend. We just missed it and everything was shut down.

This was an unpleasant experience for us.

The breakfast was bad: coffee was cold, cereal and plates were limited and the place smelled uncomfortable. The fore, we did not eat breakfast at this hotel.

The room was not occupied for many days. Restroom and bath tub were dirty. The carpet on the door smelled very bad. The windows were full of dirt. The TV channels did not work and the tv control was broken. We were not able to sleep that night due to smell. There was dust everywhere, including the furniture. Croaks and other insects were in the room, I had to lift all our belongings up.
